Nice, clean rooms and really good location. Great breakfast and nice people.

A great place to stay in central Catania. Close to everything and there is a bus stop across the road for transport to the train station and airport.
Mario was a very welcoming host and the bedroom was very spacious.
Recommended.

First off the location is perfect for getting around — very central and close to attractions, food, drink etc.
It’s got the potential to be amazing however.
— The whole experience is contactless — never met the host at all during our visit.
— The building is best described as authentic or ramshackled. The banister on a tricky staircases is falling off and hazardous. ⚠️
— 2 flights of stairs once you finally manage to find the entrance not great with big suitcases.
— the shower is snug and mouldy.
— The noise is much worse than you anticipate it does not stop 24/7 and because no double glazing (heritage I guess) it can disturb.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, good location. Just make sure to communicate with the host about arrival time because there is no 24/7 or even late night concierge/ front desk.

Fantastic location for exploring Catania. Central to everything. The building is old, but the Fanny rooms are really good, high ceiling, comfortable bed, decent shower, can get noisy but it's the middle of town. Mario was great, met us, showed us a map of where things are in relation to the rooms. Couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommended if you are thinking of visiting.

Fantastic experience! Beautiful rooms, amazing location and the sweetest receptionist — Mario! He was so helpful and made our experience even better! We got coffee and breakfast for free and we could leave our luggage there in a couple of hours after check out!

Lovely little B&B in an old Palazzo. Freshly decorated with comfortable beds. The tea and coffee station was a great touch, as was the fridge in the room. Shutters kept the early morning sun out.
A little noisy on Saturday night as it's on the central square but to be expected.

The location is wonderful. On Corso Sicilia: you have everything at your fingertips! 2 steps from Via Etnea.
On arrival we are welcomed directly francesca, a beautiful girl! professional, caring, and helpful.
The room, spacious, was kept clean throughout the stay. Even Francesca and her mother surprised us with a detail: they made us find a tray of pastries (delicious).
Really wonderful! we will definitely come back to visit them!
