Easy access to historical centre but the neighbourhood is not very invting.

Well… The first impact with Catania was not the best (for problems at the airport). But luckily the welcome we received on our arrival was really nice.
The guy had to wait until a past (due to the car rental) but it was really nice. He pointed out which of the best restaurants, the markets, the most beautiful and important areas to visit…

Clean helpful courteous staff. Neighbourhood looks rough but a stones throw away from the centre of town. The rooms are very stylish and cool. Would recommend for short stays. Car parking in secure paid allotment — safe and cheap.

Great location (near Plaza Duomo), very friendly host, nice and spacious rooms, honest price. Staying at Bad contributed positively to our visit to Catania. The place is very cool, Alessandro provides all the tips to the city and really makes you feel welcome. The only thing that could be better is breakfast, that they provide on a bakery across the street or in a caffe in Plaza Duomo. I prefer when the breakfast is inside the B&B. Recommended!

Excellent B&B, with welcoming and helpful hosts. Pretty large rooms tastefully decorated, street art style. Only flaw the breakfast is not served, however you are delivered some vouchers for a good pastry in piazza Duomo.

A stone's throw from the center, close to the beautiful fish market. Cozy and characteristic for his style and artist's paintings on the walls. It was a very nice and comfortable room. The Night reigns silence, the neighborhood seems to be quiet.

The B&B is in an excellent position in Catania, less than 200m from Piazza Duomo. The rooms exhibit a peculiar esthetic taste, with pop art inspired furniture, and are fairly comfortable. The host is also nice and helpful.

Very good location from the point of view of position since it is in the center, close to main points of interest. As far as the rooms are cozy clean and furnished with elements of modernariate. Also excellent service is not sure from B&B, in fact every day are carried out the cleaning and the change of towels. Extreme willingness on the part of the owner to meet any need. Recommended.

Excellent location, very close to the city centre, easy to reach from the airport.

Overall, I would say that BAD is ok. The room was larger than some of our hotel rooms. The decor is starting to seem a bit tired and worn. We had an exterior, private bath which was ok but noisy with multiple keys and locks if you had to get up in the middle of the night. The water pressure and temperature was very inconsistent in the bathroom. It fluctuated between a firehose and a trickle, scalding to cold. The beds were VERY creaky and obviously sagged in the middle. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in the middle of two twins when pushed up against each other to make a king. The room's AC worked well and it was great to have a free communal bottle of water (and coffee) in the reception area. They do have a small communal rooftop terrace with views of other roofs and right next to other BAD room windows (if the occupants don't close their blinds you feel like you're intruding). There are laundry drying racks and lines up there, though I'm unsure if they have a washing machine. If you're a light sleeper, the doors are very thin and the locks and latches very noisy. Also, be aware that they are located on the third floor (US, second floor by other definitions) without a lift so they would not be suitable for anyone who cannot climb stairs or doesn't want to drag their luggage up multiple flights. They're located very near the Duomo plaza and thus fish markets so very convenient but the streets always smell of fish and seafood.

Located in a very central area, 100 meters away from the FishMarket and nearly 250 meters from the Duomo! This hotel is arty, human, and above all quiet at night! apart from our own voices :) we could enjoy serenity and proximity. the little roof top, combined with books to read, and coffee place creates a very welcoming atmosphere. … Michele and Maria have always reliable to guests. Breakfast is at the Duomo, which is tip top to start the day. Book early as very quickly booked.

Clean and nice facilities. The owner is a designer so he has good taste in the deco.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the main square. Rooms are cool though the layout is strange — but this has no impact really unless your bad with stairs. You get a coupon for breakfast for a place around 3/4min walk away. Delicious fresh cornetti (lots of flavours) and a coffee. Hosts were really helpful and pointed out lots of things on the map for us to do. Well worth the money. It is quite a way from the main station, but so is the heart of Catania.

We have unfortunately stayed for just one night in this awesome B&B. The rooms are large, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The personnel was extremely helpful. I strongly recommend this place when you're in Catania.

An excellent hotel. Three stars, not far from the Centre, the coolest design rooms.

Really in 2 steps from the Center, with Wi-Fi always working and great kindness of the staff.

Really quaint and comfortable, and then a few meters from the Cathedral and within easy reach, both by highways with buses. I hope to come back often to Catania, here I feel better in any hotel. The evening is a delight to stop working and touring the surrounding area. Excellent.
