No wind, no teacher available when it's windy. And refuses to refund us our 800 euros!

I have been to this place twice already. It's a great place to kite surf for all levels. The instructors are very professional, a few days there helped me advance massively!

The best place to learn and progress for sure in Europe!

Forget Fuerteventura, Rhodes or Garda! I am a slow learner, been here 3 times and this is simply the best place to learn and progress. Also nice for all the family and good food.

Instructors were very good, and most staff are nice. but besides that, service/facilities were very unsatisfactory. Wetsuit with holes that previous student just used. Unclear info about lessons. Was assigned different instructors basicly every lesson. Very few sizes and options in the shop. My impression was that it's managed/owned by kite-pros that have limited interest or passion in running a shop/service or hotel/hostel? Very much the sense that guests are just for milking money. Shop, rooms, school and restaurant next door were cheaper, friendlier and more options. So we ended up spending most time there. It's a very good spot for beginners, you can literally walk across the shallow lagoon. But expect it to be crowded in the water with several newly "independent" challenging you for right of way. And some plants (? ) that can give you rash, so bring neoprene socks if you have. Also — You need a car! There is nothing near — stores, restaurants and nice beaches are all not here. If you want to stay at the beach, go next door to the Santa Maria (not sure on name). Otherwise. AirBNB in Marsala and rent a car from the airport.

The lagoon and area is absolutely beautiful with strong and consistent wind so I would return to the area once I'm a competent rider. As an absolute beginner I thought the facilities were fine, mind you I wasn't launching. I struggled learning in 25 knot winds and now I feel like they should have advised me to not kite, they asked me if I was sure but I had no idea what was reasonable and safe, my retort was what do you think? Reflecting back on it it felt like my money was more important but I trusted them as a professional facility and went along. I started on a 7m kite that I could barely control and went down to a 5m kite which I made some progress on. My instructor was friendly and supportive but some of the other staff could use an attitude adjustment. The food and bar staff could do with some improvement and customer service training. My biggest issues were the stinging algae leaving me with massive welts/blisters all over my body (they took a week to fully heal) the thorns trying to walk to the water (which I guess could potentially damage your kite) that area should be free from all debris. They didn't have a wetsuit that fit me properly so I put on my rash guard and board shorts. As a beginner you are dragging through these stinging algae and I feel like the staff should have forewarned me in an email to bring proper attire with clothing suggestions (yoga/surf pants, rash guard or full wet suit).
