Our room was not cleaned properly, hair everywhere. Flies and mosquitoes in the room and we had terrible nights. Mattress was hard, combined two twins into one and not comfortable. Shower is very small. Wifi bad. Laundry and kitchen are not provided as they advertise on booking. Com and I asked about it by sending email but didnt get a reply. It says we can check-in at 10:30 AM on booking. Com but we were allowed to get in at 12 PM. Not having a pleasant experience with the lady at the reception. We thought we could use kitchen as it said in the booking, so we went into the kitchen and the reception lady told us to get out with very not pleasant tone and slammed the door. The breakfast was terrible. I'm still upset to think about the experience there. It ruined my holidays.
