Residence Le Fontane

We really enjoyed our stay at le fontane. The apartments where spaceious and we especially appreciated the pool and poolarea. The staff where really professional and helpful. We even got early access to one apartment and on our last day we got to hang out at the pool area until we left for the airport. The location is great, a short walk to the city center and a supermarket across the street. The summerbus to beachen is also just down the street. We can highly recommend staying at le fontane when visiting Villasimius.

Having read the reviews of this place we expected better; especially for the price.
We had a one bedroom apartament, located on the 1st floor. Traveling as a family of 3 with a 10 year old. The apartament itself looks tired; kitchen was lacking basic necessities like salt and pepper. The fridge had a huge buildup of ice on the walls (the actual fridge not the freezer). There is only one AC unit in the apartament. It is located above the couch in the living room — where our daughter slept. In order to cool the bedroom down you need to run the AC high in the living room, making the person sleeping in the living room uncomfortably cold.
On our 4 night stay our towels were not refreshed once. The shower fixtures are old and rusted. Balcony was messy and crammed with stuff, not a lot of room to sit for 3 ppl. Overall we expected better based on the reviews (bookings) and the price we paid.
The pool was a big bonus: it was clean and the area was very well maintained. We spend our down time at the pool.
