I had a fabulous stay at this location. I mostly interacted with Ricardo & Sara who were super helpful in providing everything I needed — whether in giving directions and travel tips or loaning an umbrella and accessories for the beach. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, putting customers at the center of it all. For any stay to feel "best", the most important is the customer experience and this hotel lives up to it more than anything in recent memory. The staff here is incredible and are very courteous and helpful.

For 10 years we have been staying here 2/3 times every year. Definitely recommended ;-)

Nice and good service provided at the reception, very clean and basic. The rooms were too old, no charger next to the bed and all really out of date.

Good, comfortable clean friendly staff and professional bathroom a little small and hard to turn around, impossible to put towel on the floor to get out of the shower without crashing against the door. Really small bathroom.

Negative: Isolated place and, in the evening walk there is nothing to see. Hotel "Anni 70" with carpeting.
Positive: Kindness of all the staff, reception and breakfast. Rooms with good maintenance and clean.
I was given a good comera. Excellent restaurant at 100MT. Agreements, fixed and à la carte menus. With the car 15 minutes to the center of Cagliari and 5 to the Poetto.

Good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff Large and comfortable room. Great for going to run on the waterfront (just 1km). It is not the first time I stay in this hotel and it will not be the last.

Not much sleep due to noise from out side people drinking until the early hours of the morning. Sound proofing in the hotel very very poor.

Our family (2 adults and two boys) stayed for a few days at this Hotel. Strategic position, room clean and cozy (very functional division of the two environments Adult/boys) but above all the professionalism of the staff from the "night Watchman" who greeted us with kindness and rare professionalism in our Evening and night falls. The breakfast and the service of the staff are excellent. We will also be back for the strategic position very close to the seafront poetto of Quartu/Cagliari and the park of Molentargius that even in winter allows-if not the bathroom-beautiful walks by bike and on foot!

If you are planning a beach holiday, this is the best option. From the hotel to the beach 10-15 min walk, the road passes through the picturesque salt lakes with pink flamingos, herons, ducks, very beautiful. The hotel staff is attentive and responsive. Breakfast with a variety of fruits, lots of pastries, juices, delicious coffee. We rented a triple room. The room is spacious, clean. Regular change of linen. Beds, Plumbing-OK. Wi-Fi is not very noisy, slows down. Price-quality ratio is OK. To Cagliari 20 min by bus, Route PF, interval 20-30 minutes, stop nearby. Taxi to the airport during daytime 25 euros.

The second day we rest in this hotel. In the description of the room was information: a balcony is possible, a kitchen is possible. In fact, there is no balcony or kitchen. In many photographs, the room for three has 2 rooms. In fact, this is a common room. The description says a bathroom or a shower. We have a shower in the room. And under it it is impossible to wash the child, because the child is too low. The room smells of dampness for two days, as part of the carpet is damp. And under the bed lies a bottle. Not our bottle! Of the three lamps, one does not work. There is no place to dry wet clothes. Pants hung on the TV. Towels on the handle of the windows. The lock of the toilet door is broken. There are almost no restaurants near the hotel. One small shop. The only plus: comfortable beds and comfortable climate system. We did not understand why we paid money.
Второй день отдыхаем в этом отеле. В описании номера была информация: возможен балкон, возможна кухня. На самом деле нет ни балкона, ни кухни. На многих фотографиях номер для троих имеет 2 комнаты. На самом деле это общее помещение. В описании сказано ванная или душ. У нас в номере душ. И под ним невозможно вымыть ребенка, так как ребенок слишком низкий. В номере два дня пахнет сыростью, так как часть ковролина влажная. А под кроватью валяется бутылка. Не наша бутылка! Из трёх ламп одна не работает. Нет места высушить мокрую одежду. Трусы повесила на телевизор. Полотенца на ручки окон.

The room and large. The shower room part is a little small but well enough.
The staff are helpful.
Breakfast at €3 is OK (with the possibility to ask for real coffee).
This hotel has no restaurant but the one it offers nearby is really good (10% discount coming from the hotel).
