I stayed with my partner in this wonderful and modern structure. Once in the room, you immediately forget to be in a b&b since décor, technology and attention to detail are typical of the rooms of 4/5 star hotel facilities. It is a newly opened b&b with large and comfortable rooms, comfortable and quiet and with a kind and impeccable welcome, available to every need (the girl at the reception was impeccable, professional and very kind, well beyond expectations).
I want to point out a further note of merit: during our stay, the water tank suffered damage due to a fortuitous case, a situation that unfortunately can happen even in more renowned and emblazoned structures. Unfortunately, the hot water, in the middle of winter, was lacking for several hours and the intervention of a technician (however, intervened immediately) was not enough to prevent the lack of hot water. However, professionalism and closeness to the customer are seen especially on such occasions, and Le Palmette Suites is no less, indeed! We were immediately offered, at our choice, a further stay offered or full compensation with a heartfelt apology (placed with full sincerity and professionalism, an indication of excellent ability to interact with customers even in such events which, I repeat, are still unforeseen cases). We chose another stay because we enjoyed it really well aware that the staff would not betray expectations, and so it was.
For those who have to stay in Cagliari and want to enjoy the convenience of having the beautiful Poetto on my doorstep I do not think it can find better.
