It‘s really a nice boutique hotel with friendly staff and quit, large & clean rooms. You‘ll find it „at the end of the street“. Only hotel guests and nobody else — therefore not crowded with too many desperate post-covid sun hungry tourists.

Restaurant and staff Inadequate staff, pay on arrival, even considerable costs, for no reason and then find problems. It is not enough to have a beautiful view you have to be at the height, zero professionalism of the restaurant on which we lay a veil to avoid injury.

Located in a lovely place, I spent a weekend in total relaxation. Stunning view from the veranda of my room. Rooms quiet, clean and impeccable service. Discreet and kind welcome. Rocky and clean sea. The dinner in the Hotel exceeded expectations, excellent courses and sublime recommended wine. Very professional wait staff. I absolutely recommend it.

We booked a superior room with seaview.
The view was very beautiful, but the room itself was nothing special.
The two person bed existed of two separate 1-person matresses, which were rock hard. We never slept so bad on a holiday.
The breakfast was really simple and everyday exactly the same.
The quality of the restaurant food in the evening was awful. Nowhere in Sardinia have we eaten such low quality as in the hotel restaurant.
The beautiful seaview and friendly service were the only things that were amazing, in our opinion.

Set in a beautiful location with great views out to sea. Upmarket hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Kayak and bike hire is very economical. Only slight issues were the limited Vegetarian menu, no kettle in the room and the carpark is shared with the locals so can be full at times. Conveniently located for trips to Neptune's grotto and for walking in the local conservation area. Well worth a visit.

The hotel is very nice with spectacular views, the facilities are spectacular: large lounges, terraces, swimming pools, gym, private beach with towels, sun loungers, parasols included… The staff were very friendly and helpful. The new rooms, spacious and well decorated, we had problems with the conditioned air did not work at all and came right away but then went on not working well. The only thing that in the main pool in theory were not allowed children under 12 years old and this was not respected even in front of the hotel staff, and this was annoying to those who sought tranquility.

As always. A fantastic hotel and retreat. The staff and management gives you all the service you need in a friendly and family atmosphere. And the location is great. No sand, no dogs and no beachsales.

A hotel you want to go back to again. It's great. 10km from Alguero, the hotel has its own grounds, various bars, restaurant, terraces, surrounded by pristine nature, a park area, with its stone beach, spa area, small seawater pool and mini gym.

Always a bit risky when you go for lunch in a hotel you are not staying… But we were welcomed and served as if we were hotel guests, on the swimming pool terrace. Lovely views, great food. Really recommended place.

Beautiful property, isolated from the confusion… a few kilometres from Mugoni beach. Good breakfast, but maybe for a 4/5 star coffee/cappuccino for an Italian not the best… Room with beautiful terrace … bathroom with accessories. Clean. Large parking lot.

Beautiful experience, top location.
The awakening with the sea view room gives a peace and relaxation like few. It doesn't have a real beach but the context doesn't make it weigh.
Only neo if we want, the initial difference of approach to dinner at the in-house restaurant when we were very quickly illustrated the very sad menu of the half board included in the booking made weeks before. As if we were not the same customers as the others who instead chose from the catch cart of the day.
Behavior immediately reviewed at the time we refused and opted for the menu a la carta complete with wine and fish cart.
The usual sad power of money.

Nice welcome, great service from the hotel sublimed by the magnificent panoramic view on the terrace. Plus Spa, pool and gym have completed our stay at this hotel. Recommend.

Avoid this hotel which collects all the card numbers of its customers on paper.
I booked and fully paid this hotel via Expedia for 2 nights and that more than 5 hours I was waiting for my key. Or else, you have to give them the value of the 2 nights in cash while the room is already paid, and that I do not because I pay everything in card, so I'm stuck. They refuse to give me access to the room until I have communicated all my credit card numbers because their TPE terminal does not take any guarantee, only payments.
In the past, I agreed to give these numbers but I was hacked about twice a year, and since I systematically refuse, I have no more hacking problems.
This hotel is very proud to have collected just today the numbers of a good twenty customers and claims that I am the anomaly while I simply refuse to communicate them in an unsecured way all my numbers because I consider these are very sensitive data and they need to have a terminal that makes the security take in a secure and encrypted way.
The hotel is quite banal, the staff appalling. The restaurant was basic and the desserts are industrial! so can do better in a country where the kitchen is normally excellent.

4 stars hotel on the coast with no other building next to it! It's quiet and beautiful. The view is great and the service is outstanding! The restaurant is as good as the hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We enjoyed a great 3 night stay at this hotel. Our rooms we geat — clean, bright with fantastic view. The staff were nice too, helpful, however their english conversational level was often low, you had to use your body language more than spoken language. The breakfast had large selection of food, but the quality of it was not so good. But the convenient — right on the beach, (further away from the city) helped to make up for all of this. I recomend this hotel for people trying to find a relaxing place to stay, but are also willing to spend a lot of money on expensive drinks and extra food (dinner, lunch, etc. ).

It's a dream place. In an impressive natural spot. The perfect place to unwind and relax. I recommend it to couples and families.

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Room with beautiful sea view, the only flaw there is the double mattress but two singles "United" that are divided to the slightest movement!

Beautiful location, superb view on Capo Caccia, access to the beach by private pontoon, Pleasant Wellness Centre, outdoor/indoor pool unheated, nice staff.

This hotel lives from its location with a fantastic view. The staff at the bar were a positive sight. Friendly, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, it was less great in the restaurant. The Chef de service was a disappointment. Also the price/performance ratio is not right in the restaurant. Rooms were clean. Internet on the second floor very weak.

Hotel with spectacular view, clean and comfortable, only negative note breakfast and kitchen not worthy of 4 ' stars, to be improved.

The location is superb and there is a wonderful view from the terrace of our room. The view is really unparalleled and left me awestruck every morning and every afternoon at sunset. However I cannot help but thinking that the cost we payed is not worth the experience. The room is large and cozy, but the furniture is a bit old style so you don't really feel great when you're in. Nice bathroom but rather small shower. Breakfast with a huge choice of food but average quality. Kind staff but not those kind that goes the extra mile for you. I did not try the restaurant so I can't really say. The Hotel is on the sea, and if you want you can stay there, there are rest beds by the sea and by the pool… but there are so many breathtaking beaches around that we did not spend time there. Not sure I would go back here.

"For you to enjoy your wine, you need to pay a tax in the form of a 5€ room service to let you borrow the corkscrew. " Shameful 4* hotel requesting guests to pay 5€ for corkscrew and ice. Staff are rude and treat guests who spend more in the hotel differently to other fee-paying guests. Having spent €250 pn for five nights. Room was not ready on arrival despite it already being 16:20. Management has geared the hotel to milk you like a cash cow, instead of providing services as a 4* hotel should. Maybe we should have checked into a farm instead, as at least this way we would not get this horrible feeling from staff that you are not welcome in this hotel because we choose not spend in your 3.5* rated restauraunt.

Wonderful hotel immersed in nature.

I recommend El-Faro Hotel. I am satisfied with them and especially with the front desk guys and restaurant staff as well. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was nice, but not so many variations. Rooms and hotel areas are clean. Laundry service is too Expensive, have paid 60€ for one small bag.

Almost everything you need. Missing a few basics. Restaurant is a bit of a joke, only advisable if you can't get into Alghero. No iron available to guests you need to use the hotels laundry service for a fee. We asked for a couple of wine glasses to take to the room so we could enjoy a bottle of wine we purchased in town but we're refused. We had to purchase a glass of wine if we wanted a glass. Beach towel policy is a little annoying and just adds a layer of fuss.

Beautiful hotel with own pools, and possibility of bathing in the sea. Peacefull place, with great staff, which is allways ready to help you with smile on the face. Fabulous kitchen with great presentation of food, very professional serving. Great tasting cocktails at the bar. Totally loved the place, definitely will come again.

The hotel is very nice and quiet (at least in the period of September). The staff are nice and helpful, always with a smile. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the only flaw is that they are poorly soundproofed. The restaurant is good, while the breakfast is not sensational but varies. I would stay here again.

Location of extraordinary beauty in which to isolate and relax. Good quality services with friendly and professional staff. Great grill by the pool for lunch.

Great location! About a five minute walk from the beach and there are some pretty reasonable food places around. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes away making it easy to get into town or catch to bus back to san jose. The view from the infinity pool is also amazing and they have music playing from around 7-9 in the dining area (which is next to the pool) and 2 for 1 hh drink specials. The road up to the actual rooms is steep, but we were able to catch the boys in the golf carts to take us up and down a majority of the time, which was a nice service to provide to the guests. If you ever do find yourself having to walk it up though, be prepared for a 5-10 minutes steep uphill walk (no fun)! There is a hostel below the actual hotel which is great for those who prefer a cheaper option instead and a better nightlife as we saw people in the pools drinking until the wee morning of the night while everything in the faro hotel pretty much shut down after 9. While we were there the electricity went out one night. This was a bit annoying as we expected a place like this to have a generator (it didn't) and we were out of electricity for about 12 hours. We understand they can't do anything about this issue as the city has to come fix it, but as this is an expected occurrence from time to time they should have some backup generators, especially as they call this a really nice hotel.

Great classic and tasteful seafront hotel at a stunning secluded location. Excellent service and good connections to other sites.

Natural Park of Earth, natural marine park, beautiful property, swimming pools, SPA and the staff very pleasant and extremely nice, for sure I'll be back.

Ammazing place with nice marine area, I spent 3 night in a room sea view executive its not more expenisve about the classic but is fantastic for the location just up the bay. The restaurant is really good and the price is not expensive if you consider tha the menu is with 4 course. We want coming back soon! Marco.

Banquet, with major deficiencies of the menu, hired, air conditioning inadequate and lousy service at the expense of scarce waiters for 150 diners, who had an interval of 45 minutes for each dish. Its Director, Giovanni a real trickster who intended to convince us that the lifeguard hired to dance around the pool, it was the disc-jockey. Unfortunate. We do not attend to events, dining in this Hotel while said Giovanni figure in the Direction.

I went there with my gf, they offer a very confortable room with terrace and sea view, the restaurant and the food was excellent, we used pool with sea water, we use for free sunbed, towels and jacuzzy. The romant boat was at payment … but we stayed 40 mins without charge!
