Beautiful and spotless hotel. Excellent cuisine and excellent staff.

Talking about the structure and all too easy because both as a position and as a structure itself is perfect, I would focus above all on the staff who work from the first to the last, maximum professionalism, availability, friendliness and hospitality, Thank you all! I've had some great holidays, too bad I didn't try the spa (closed for covid) but it's one more reason to stay there again.

Our fourth visit to this beautiful hotel. Breathtaking views, wonderful staff especially Marco always a smile and willing to help. Excellent breakfast and recommend the lobster in the restaurant. A short walk into the old town endless restaurants to sample.

Great service, the view from the pool and hotel bar is stunning and the restaurant is excellent. This hotel is totally worth the 5 stars. Would definately recommend this hotel when staying in Alghero.

All great. Luxury place. It has its price but it's really worth it. Friendly and helpful staff. My girlfriend and I were given a room with a sea view having booked a garden view for the same price. We were given a courtesy room after making our needs aware. What to say: fantastic.

A beautiful hotel in a super location overlooking the Mediterranean. The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant food very good and reasonably priced and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice hotel, short walk to town centre. Lovely views from the balconies at the bar… even have ducks and turtles in the garden pond. Good breakfast and nice friendly staff. Would come back… bring goggles for the pool.

It's a lovely hotel very happy with the upgrade of the hotel reception staff friendly especially the bar staff in the pool area this was our second visit to the hotel I t would have been nice for staff to know that we visited the hotel the year before and a nice welcome back by staff at reception would have been a plus this was disappointing from the hotel.

We stay here on our motorcycle tours and it’s a great place for our clients to relax. A great atmosphere and the staff are excellent. We can’t wait to stay again in 2019

This is the 4th day into a weeks holiday at this hotel. If you expect a 5* experience do NOT come here! Hotel is fine in terms of cleanliness and pool is ok, although you won’t get a sun lounger after 11am! The worst thing by far is the awful service — expect to wait forever at the pool side bar for a drink or one of the few snacks you can order. Surely at lunchtime you know it will be fairly busy, so to have 2 staff is ridiculous. This hotel is at best a 4* or good 3*.

Enjoying a wonderful family holiday here at the Carlos V. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant is extremely accommodating. We are fish and vegetable eaters and I will admit, we’re extremely fussy with our food, and this hotel has excelled our expectations with its quality and variety.

Beautiful hotel on the seafront of Alghero. Impeccable service, cleanliness and order. Only flaw, poor parking. Good breakfast too. This pool and also the SPA. Taking a few steps with a beautiful view of the sea you arrive in the center, it takes 15 minutes. Tip: Book well in advance if you can, you can find very affordable offers for a place so much frequented from May to September.

A little bit out of city center, but Alghero isn't big, so it's all reachable by foot.

Beautiful location, overlooking the Gulf of Alghero, it is wonderful to wake up and see the sea but even better the sunset with head hunting background!

The breakfast is plentiful and the restaurant offers an excellent quality of food.
The rooms are well equipped and maintained.
The location of the house is almost central and quiet.
You can relax and enjoy a gym next to the pool.

Last summer I had the great luck of staying at this hotel for a week which did not change anything, the staff was more than professional, the facilities great and the rooms also. It has beautiful views from its terraces. Maybe the pool too salty for me taste and the best apart from the company? The Caesar salad of this hotel, I never tasted anything like it, highly recommended. Beautiful Experience.

1 memorable night, both for the service of the impeccable staff, and for the room with a view, large stained glass window overlooking the sea, beautiful large rooms, warm and cozy, with parquet flooring, shiny spotlessly warm as only the wood can be. Large bathroom, clean with all the comforts available offered by the hotel. I must say I am more than satisfied. I recommend it to everyone.

We really liked the hotel. Our room was very large with a king size bed and a large balcony overlooking the sea. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

All very nice but a little out of the way the hotel should be able to provide directions on usable public transport and tickets to pick them up and not simplistically recommend the taxi
We from the airport arrived spending 1 euro in front of the hotel thing that we could not do on return for absence of what indicated above.

I liked this place! Maybe not 5 star as it claims but a good hotel none the less. Location is good in front of the ocean with beutiful views. Good Wi-Fi and breakfast. Quiet clean rooms with comfy beds.

A nice hotel with a spectacular saltwater pool, wonderful view especially at sunset. The restaurant did not try.
4 stars because some rooms are small and have a crappy view, you get the right room.
