Beautiful hotel, great food, nice manicured garden, beautiful beach, fantastic entertainment guys, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. If I want to find a flaw if so can be in the restaurant a little too cold. I definitely recommend it with 5 stars.

The village is one of the most beautiful I have visited in recent years in Sardinia, the impeccable cleanliness, the spacious and well-maintained rooms with a nice large bathroom. The animation is fantastic, thanks to Simone, Luca, Thomas, Miriam and of course Ilaria who with the mini club has passed an unforgettable stay to our children! I don't give the five stars just because I would encourage management to change things a bit in the restaurant room. The waiters are all very efficient, the only negative note is the dislocation of the two stations of the first and second that unfortunately create inconvenience to the waiters because of the long lines that often come to create at peak times. For the rest the stay, in June, was splendid. I recommend the structure and do the reckoning to come back.

A structure divided into several areas that are not connected but very close. Eat quality and waiters and very nice cooks. Great cleaning. Discreet but presently nice and kind a mention to Sara the fitness agent who accompanied us with aquagym muscle awakening and dancing. Young at her first experience but confident and professionally good.

The hotel is part of a complex and shares with others some services and sports areas. We stayed at The Gardens of Cala Ginepro, which is a very well cared for property in all outdoor areas and in the common spaces. The family room, which should have a living room, actually sacrifices the sofa that turns into the third and fourth beds, so in the end two bedrooms remain if you stay in more than two people. The bathroom has recently been renovated and is spacious, with maxi shower. In front of the entrance a small porch with a coffee table, two chairs and mini whitewashing. Overall the room is good, although the rooms could be better lit because they are a bit bleak with only the central chandelier, however it is adequately clean and the furniture sufficiently spacious. The beach is sandy and degrades gently, the clear water even if you find some algae, not annoying, that are massed at the ends of the gulf. The buffet restaurant offers a good variety of foods, also well prepared, but sometimes the raw materials are not from 4 star (surimi salad?! ).

There is a bar in the hotel, at first everything is fine, and then the commercial interest is gone, expensive cocktails, everywhere 6 euros, they have 8. The service is rocking. It's very good, it's so-so. The air conditioning in the hotel is barely working, the refrigerator too. For the South, that's not right. Everyone seems to be trying, and the result is so-so. For a week from the kitchen tired, like everything is fine, but all the time the same and coffee only in the bar is similar to coffee.

The kitchen is especially Francis are special… Everything else is reference…

Spacious and refurbished rooms, ample parking near the hotel. Sea a 5 minute walk across a nice driveway near a waterway. There are children's pool for aduleti and relax.

Resort is nestled in an olive grove, with large green areas, mediterranean plants and flowers. Everything very nice and clean. The Location really is fantastic with two pools, one for those who love the casino, as she said the village headman in the presentation, and the other for those who love to relax. Bar, piano bar, entertainment for kids and adults, private beach at Cala Ginepro can be reached in 5 minutes by a small path through a pine forest. Wild landscape with wonderful sea and possibility of long walks along the beach, the rocks, the vegetation inside to find themselves in a new cove with a landscape that is still different. Excellent cuisine, plentiful and varied with many products that cultivate them in gardens within the village. Negative notes: the cleaning of our room, were very clean, the outdoor spaces and the common ones; the long wait under the sun to acceptance for the assignment of the room.

NICE structure held well I miss from 2015 and I see that is not changed Gniente compliments to Aunt Michela.

Charming place even if the period nn is the best, ie today 2 March. And all closed they prepare for the summer season, definitely resorts with facilities following fantastic…

Gone last week of the season. Very calm and ample spaces on the beach. Very well prepared kitchen and good choice of food. Lacked Wi-Fi promise.

Well maintained, clean, and well organized, architecture in Spanish Sardinian style well integrated in the landscape without giving the idea of a wild overbuilding.
Beach in concession connected to the structure through a path of just under 100 m, white beach and fine sand as on almost all the coast of the Gulf of Orosei, to the extremes of the bay there are also rocks. Clear Sea. Outdoor swimming pool inside the hotel.
Kitchen in the complex of excellent quality, only flaw on the day of the traditional menu: suckling little cooked with pink veils readily replaced, it can happen because the dining room has several covered.
Staff courteous and helpful from reception to the staff of the room and the bar to conclude with the last, but not least, bathing attendants.
Convenient parking outside the property.

The hotel itself is very nice. It is a very large, spacious complex. The grounds are well maintained, and the rooms were always very clean. The staff was mostly very friendly. And that, although I had the feeling, for example, The poor lady from the bar had to work around the clock. Only on the beach they were very rude, but I am not sure if they were hired by the hotel.
But: no Wi-Fi in the rooms I find no more time according. And the half-board was a catastrophe. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Too many people crowded as if there was a famine tomorrow. Aroused a foreign shame in me. The average age was very high.

UPDATE: Since I originally posted this review, the hotel contacted me and asked me to take it down. I asked if they would refund my money and they said they would, but I still have not seen anything. They are a very dishonest company. This hotel over charged me (hundreds of dollars) and once I brought it to their attention, they said they would refund me, but weeks later and they have still not refunded me any money. They are now ignoring my emails and I'm not sure what to do next. When I first brought this to the attention of the hotel staff they were very rude and not helpful at all. They even pretended not to speak English even though they spoke perfect English in previous conversations. I had to keep working my way to the top until I spoke with one of the owners. He assured me I would get my money back, but nothing has been done about it. The property itself is very nice and the location is wonderful with a short walk to the beach and a fantastic pizza restaurant right down the street. Also, there is only Wi-Fi in the lobby and it is very slow and undependable. No Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Are 3 ann iche come at this wonderful resort; I'm cool with tt, Sea Beach rooms, kitchen (although this year have done a little the greedy) but 1 thing just nn I can understand and 1 … in this great place well looked after … How do you do pay the water! We also understand that the water comes 1 foolish nn must be paid but included! NN and difficult and easy to understand! await response.

I express my opinion, with the hope that it will not be handled or sold by others. We all want to spend beautiful holidays, but just happen to spend them "beautiful".
I stayed at the Hotel from 7 V/s at 21 u. S. And due to the high professionalism of Mr. Carney, his courtesy and competence, we were met daily in the Hall with sympathy, which has fostered among us guests, the birth of commensality. This word, now abandoned, is a fundamental part of n/s Mediterranean culture of eating and living well.
We enjoyed the variety of foods, that the chef prepared daily, appreciating origin, composition and overall quality of the products used. The Hotel, elegant and with spaces very well divided, is situated in a lush green area, close to the sea by ensuring guests that territoriality typical of Sardinia.
The sea, with the presence of many algae, although natural element of V/s beaches, private us on some days, the pleasure of bathing in waters. A modest criticism must be made at the reception service for organization and information. Clean rooms and other common areas, has always been great and the staff very courteous and helpful.
At a glance I can affemare to have spent "beautiful" and will stay at this Hotel.

Beautiful absolutely amazing food is all nice.

Very nice but where the food is bad, indeed terrible. The menu is quite unsatisfactory, there are highchairs for infants and/or children if not wooden stools without protection, the menu for young children is limited to very few things and interminable waits for their food. The rooms are filled with mosquitoes and nothing is served request assistance. Ran away at night with your family and holiday finished ahead of time; paid the night although it has not been possible to sleep in the hotel.
