The residence had an odor. The smell was still present in the morning even though we had our windows open during the night. The sheets and towels were clean though. The terrace was dirty. They also charged my credit card a few days before our stay. If they would not I would not have stayed there.

Nice place, but the matress was awful.

Apartment for 8 people with 3 rooms and a sofa-bed… Equipped with fridge and large boiler! Close to the hotel there is a private beach… Friendly and attentive staff Recommended Location.

Excellent place and welcome, recommended to have a place to rest and be close to the sea.

Comfortable and more or less equipped structure, although a bit ' older (at least the apartment they had assigned to us). Only flaw: The bed made a tremendous noise. For the rest we had a great time. The Staff was very helpful Unfortunately the weather was not Clement, so we could not take advantage of the small beach (very little and paid) of the structure. All in all a good stay.

The perfect place if you do not want to spend money. The little kitchen has all you need to cook a nice pasta arabiata or fresh fish… Good supermarkets are only 7 min drive or 10 minutes drive to the fish shop. Hot water at any time… The fridge in a very good working condition, parking on the doorstep, close to the most beautiful beaches. We went most of the time to spiaggia Porto Sole. Beautiful, clean and relaxing beach with calm transparent water We've spent here 10 beautiful days… We have realy enjoyed our stay here. Now it all depends on what everyone wants. We wanted to spend little money on accommodation and spend more on traditional and local food.

We certainly expected more, but upon request they moved us to the apartment, they are not new to the accommodations. However the ladies at the front desk are always available and try to fix it. We were told that for October they will start the renovations. I hope well because the location is not bad. Good luck with your work. A salute to Laura and Rossana.

1 star for the reception not always open with cobwebs in the apartment 8, and the young lady tells me immediately that if I use the kitchenette I have to clean it. The bathroom has no window and no bucket and dirty. Mould and curtain shower (on the ground) molded by two-money faucets without mixer… stop to the years 70 that the children and we were struggling to regulate the temperature of the shower and the bidet that you can not even plug. Towels for face absent. At our entrance the fridge loses Pareccjia water and the technician tells us that it is because it is defrosting. (Block of ice that I take off and I throw in the garden because if not the children. Night could slip) bars and minimarkets advise us to go into the hotel on the parallel road. They warn us that they do the differentiated but not even the envelopes provide us. No mosquito nets and the kids ' room doesn't have a night light outlet. The apartment we got was grandisimo, 4 rooms two of them with couple bed, 2 bathrooms. The furniture was a few years old with a lot of use and the showers were not very practical. The bed was very comfortable and at the end of June we found it not too hot. The resort's beach is nothing special, but a few minutes away there are dozens of beaches and coves to visit. Palau is 10 minutes away, and you can buy it there. The staff is very nice. We were very comfortable although I would give a coat of paint and renovate some closets.

The value for money is perfect the residence is close to the beach.
So ideal for someone who wants to enjoy the swim.
If you are looking for luxury go your way.

Not recommended, careless apartments, enter ants and thousands of mosquitoes, the windows have mosquito nets but they are broken, the cistern does not work. No microwave, no oven. They only give one towel per person for the entire stay and the Wi-Fi only next to reception, where the mosquitoes devour you. No discounts on activities or welcome kit.

A very good apartment in the area of Badesi. Spacious, clean and very well located. Close to the great sands of Badesi and the beautiful coves of the Costa Paradiso area.
