Two-bedroom apartment unsuitable for the stay of two families. Sofa bed useless and almost harmful. Water from the tap to the edge of the decent. Good location and pool and very friendly staff. Even the cleanliness is quite poor.

The agency girl is very correct and friendly. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. And the apartment complex with its community pool, beautiful. You can also walk to the center of Palau, so you don't have to take the car every time you want to go to dinner or have an ice cream.

I highly recommend it very good helpful and friendly personal location. In particular the reception was very efficient and helpful to recommend places and restaurants where to eat typical products. Thank you to the staff. We'll come back.

Nice place. It is what it says it is on Web site. Lovely pool. Cold in may. Friendly staff ambience. Comfy bed. Good shower. Bring your own extras. Walking distance to town.

Pros. We had no problems with the hospitality from the reception, we read the requirements for staying at the place, and understood the playing rules. Affordable "luxury". Air conditioning. Clean private toilets. Hot water (very). Offers many semi private beaches, if you enjoy the adventure for finding them. Cons. The blankets made us sneeze, please wash them. The humidity in the apartment where too high, we had to ventilate the whole thing.

If you can, avoid at all costs. Room was big but cold and dark, the bed was a sofa bed and not confortable at all, no nightstands. Worst part is that when we arrived we were asked for 200 euros warranty and 50 euros for cleaning. There are no towels in the rooms, another 20 euros. WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES! We were spared the 200 warranty as I just didn t had the money. No bar at all. Positive things are the staff, lady at the reception and other were polite and respectful. Parking also a plus but all in all stay away.

Clean and quiet place (we went in May). They are small apartments with everything you need, it has pool and bike rental for free.

Nice Residence. A little too attached to each other's houses/villas. Close enough to the country.

Beautiful place I highly recommend it, great to spend a holiday. Apartment clean and personal friendliest, only thing maybe they could be available more utensils for the house like cutlery and dishes etc.

Well maintained grounds and swimming pool. Is come some very aged and worn out. The bed was broken, what also has been claimed but not fixed.

Beautiful small complex with very well-kept outdoor area. Clean pool, new children's Playground. The interior is a little in need of a revamp but it is everything available what you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were at the end of April here, since the location of Palau's still feeling a little sleepy but so you can explore everything in peace.

There is nothing 4 star about this place there is no life guard by the pool there is no facilities the reception is closed most of the day there are no towels provided and only one loo roll as a self catering resort most of the basics are missing if you are coming here be warned bring washing up liquid tea towel kettle and a proper knife.

Very easy to be kept and maintained, with a very nice environment. I was out of season there have been, which is why it is relatively calm and relaxed. The supermarket prices vary very Greatly, the best is the "Ld mark", is priced between lidl and Emperor. In any case, it is worth a holiday if you are on self catering and beautiful scenery. Romantic places, there are enough and more like a one-hour drive to the Interior of the country is also acceptable.

Place if you like peace and quiet is the place very easy for various excursions.

At this point, I stayed with my friends just for a week, but it was a wonderful holiday. The resort is located near the beach and close to a fantastic places (the island of la Maddalena). I love it and I'm sure next year come back.
