Clean and spacious apartments, good amenities, well-groomed décor. Beautiful beach and overall I recommend it. Some aspects could be improved: sewer system so there is a 'return' from the water of bad smell; cmq just close the toilet and you do not hear. On the beach when it is windy, umbrellas are often closed even for whole days; finally a disinfestation should be done because there are many mosquitoes.

Beautiful. Stunning views. Fabulous little private beach. Wi-Fi poor. Didn't like all the stairs but there are lower rooms.

Well cared for, spacious apartments equipped with all comforts : air conditioner/ heat pump, dishwasher, tv, washing machine, new furniture and kept very hospitable. In the village there are market, deli, pizzeria, bakery, tobacconist's, newsstand, clothing store. The beach is equipped, there are tennis courts. It runs from mid-May.

Was at the end of the season in September-early October. This is an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen that allows to cook for myself. And thereby make life more pleasant in honey of Sardinia. This type of accommodation is suitable for families with children. Clean beaches for every taste. Very quiet and peaceful. Many Germans, no Russian at all. We booked one room, but we gave away two, at the reception helped take the car out without these infernal deposits, which asked the rental office at the airport. Baby chair provided free of charge. Without a car in a few days, village life becomes boring. Of the benefits-the savings on food, quiet and pleasant beaches. The water at this time, it's 21 degrees and there are wind. But the location of the apartment allows you to walk each day on a new beach. Even in strong winds we found a beach where the waves were small and the wind was hardly felt. Water is crystal clear. The hotel is a family Europeans and retirees. Of the minuses without a car you are cut off from the world. There is a station where go train 1.5 km walk, but it's not very convenient with children. And in October, the mini market is closed and the products can be bought only outside the village.

Amazing location. Close to the beach of Marinella. The Village has a market, a hairdresser, a newsagent, a bakery, a pastry shop which also comfortable for everyday purchases. Great as a reference point to visit all the beaches of the nearby seaside.

Full of all the services. Well located. Only drawback is the beach because it has a little sand.

It is a local beer bar with no professional chef. Do not expect anything good.

Nice residence: Clean, nice and quiet.
The studio had quite ample spaces, a very well done bathroom, great ventilation (air conditioning available but we never used it because there was no need) and also the view from the terrace on the harbour was very pleasant.
Shame about the bed… really uncomfortable!

Great family place to be!

Very good resort with 2 in-house beaches, which justify the fees during the high season of 70 euros per person per week. For that, you get a beach umbrella and two deckchairs. The beds are only criticism
very easy and extremely hard mattresses have.
For the next visit I would bring me a selbstaufblasenes guest bed. Through the ventilation system, we could very well stand the tropical temperatures (in the top 46 degrees in the shade). Otherwise good value for money.
Small coffee and supermarket only ca: 50 metres.
Marina cottages upstream of the system. 4 of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Ideal for couples with children. Who makes just a beach holiday, need no car. Distance to Olbia airport 18 KM.
