Beautiful beachfront hotel with reserved beach.
Great restaurant and staff prepared and friendly.
Some rooms are a bit small but comfortable.
From the hotel you can arrive in the village in a 10-15 minute walk.
Villasimius is a bustling country with shops, bars, pizzerias, restaurants etc.
The car is not indispensable, we visited nearby beaches and beaches that in July were very busy.
In the end we preferred to stay in our reserved beach.
Hopefully we can come back this year.

The property is well organized and well-maintained in detail. The beach is very clean and not too crowded.

Perfect! The team is very kind and highly professional, the rooms are at the highest standard, the food is delicious and the private beach a paradise… The global ambiance is a mix between a palace and a family pension. We went there one week in August with our two children it was wonderful!

Affects the restaurant. We arrived in Villasimius on the first day of our holiday in the evening and were still looking for a quick dinner nearby. So to Simius Playa in the restaurant (two adults, a child) and we decided for the buffet. The buffet was mediocre by Italian standards, but the prices were above average. Just under 80 euros for a few appetizers and a dessert.

We stayed from the 25th to the 27th May and found ourselves by God.
Very large classic room.
Free Minibar drinks.
Breakfast with lots of choice fresh fruit and great croissants.
The beach is located right in front of the hotel just cross the garden which by the way is full of beautiful flowers and birds like doves and parrots.
One night he lulled us to the song of Frogs.
The staff is very present and very friendly some speak many languages and also very good! We were at the restaurant on the dehors in the middle of the lawn with beach view and we enjoyed it.
Also the beach staff was remarkably friendly.

Unique location, great setting, great kitchen and you do pay, but it's worth trying…

We loved our stay at the Simius Playa Hotel. The Chrystaline Water Beach is just splendid, the staff are welcoming and helpful and the restaurant is just perfect, fresh and quality products, card and buffet renewed every day. A treat! Special Mention to Tonino and Giovani who particularly spoiled our daughter throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free Mini bar and hotel towels for the pool and beach. Direct access to the beach with hammocks of the hotel very nice.

The hotel is located at the end of a street on the beautiful sandy beach. The garden of the hotel is nicely maintained, and you get the impression that the very friendly staff gives a lot of effort.
We had a suite with sea view which was nicely decorated and nicely spacious. The balcony was very large with a wonderful view of green hills, beach and the turquoise sea.
The breakfast buffet is sufficiently extensive and delicious. However, we ate in the restaurant once in the evening, and unfortunately the price/performance ratio was rather poor. The food was good, but was almost cold at the table and was not good enough for the very upscale price overall. And then you have to mention the somewhat exaggerated price policy at the very cosy bar: Also the prices for long drinks etc. Too high.
All in all a very nice and quiet hotel, with a wonderful location and a nice suite, but better pricing in the house would probably boost sales.
And one more important thing today: the W-lan is rather bad, often you have no connection, otherwise it is often interrupted.

I had a great time. Very relaxing staff very friendly… spacious rooms (coffee maker and kettle x make herbal teas in the room) Breakfast with fresh and good products, delicious cakes. Nothing's missing.
Very nice outdoor lounges X pass the after dinner with a good cognac place which I recommend… right on the sea with private beach.

Fantastic relaxing property, very clean well furnished rooms with nice comfy beds, lovely toiletries too. Wonderful food, amazing friendly service and the most beautiful private beach. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff at this hotel, I definitely recommend & will be back!

Very good hotel! Amazing place and incredible village next to the hotel. It would be 5 stars if it could meet my cleanness standards!

Our last morning in this magical place. The best Hotel I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. Amazing food, amazing staff, wonderful beach, comfortable bed. I slept like a baby. Peaceful & quiet, a wildlife haven. Watching the swifts & swallows was a real bonus but the highlight of our holiday was finding a nest of baby Dunnocks in the eaves of our balcony. Thank you to each & everyone of you. We will be back!

Everything fits here: small but very fine hotel on one of the most beautiful beaches I know of Sardinia. Highly qualified, very friendly and courteous staff. Here every minute is worth your money.

An absolute gem of a hotel with a fantastic restaurant.

The décor of the Simius Playa Hotel is very chic, excellent cuisine, pleasant atmosphere thanks to the attentive to clients ' needs. Ample parking, nice garden, great location close to the beach.
