We had a great time. The staff is very friendly and helpful to solve any problem. The rooms are clean and bright. It is close to the city centre and the most beautiful beaches in the surrounding area. The bar below with The Newspapers, managed efficiently and with kindness towards customers, offers a good breakfast even outdoors.

two arms of mini apartments, for me poorly designed and poorly made provisions.
In the kitchens you have a chair a knife a spoon a fork a plate spread and a bottom and a glass each, in short everything counted, except the moca that being us in three was a moca from 8 (I asked for an extra chair and a moca from 2 or 3 but not it was possible) we bought ourselves a pan to make the pasta dressing, cutlery and plastic glasses so that we didn't have to ask each other every time.
There is the common area for barbecue, the common room with a washing machine the Wi-Fi area and the ecological island.
Wifi, after a tormented and intrusive registration procedure you will have an hour of slow navigation per day and not in the room but in dedicated area, scandalous, compared to 5 Euros per day for water and current consumption (3 people x 14 d. 210) plus 50 Euros of puliz the final and 42 E of local taxes (these expenses pay on arrival and are in addition to those already paid in the agency).
You can't work in the room with Wi-Fi, but rest assured every pizzeria and restaurant in Villasimius lets you hook up a more decent net.
A thunderous condo nothing more full of constraints and with few merits

Ordered place, clean, with everything you need for the stay, the hairdryer that maybe asking for is available, we did not need it.
Gorgeous pool, with lifeguard, hot showers and bathrooms. A washing machine to use in common very convenient.
Relaxation room with a few books.
Terrace with more barbecue available and sink.
Located just outside the centre of Villasimius, within easy walking distance.
Bar, newsagent and supermarket right below and also another supermarket in front.
Many parking lots, it is located in very quiet area.
Staff polite, nice and very helpful.
Overall a beautiful structure.

Residence with spacious and fully equipped apartments. It feels like home. The staff was very helpful.

Nice place, a bit out of the way but CMQ Villasimius is not big and with little effort you reach the center! Recommended for families a little less for young couples!

Great residence with pool on the first floor. Very nice and modern. The Staff was very helpful. A short walk from the center, it is ideal x the evening walk.

Nice residence, strategically located near the main beaches of Villasimius. I stayed in a spacious and well cared for my family and enjoyed our stay. Friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. Easy to find knowing that it is in the same stable as the supermarket better.

Establishment Close! We had booked this hotel from 12/05/2017 for a week via booking. The day before we receive an email informing us that the hotel could not satisfy our reservation, while the money was well taken! So emergency booking for another hotel in Villasimius. Arriving on site, we decide to go to the places of Fontane or we find that this one is well closed and this for some time already! To this day, we have still not been reimbursed despite multiple stimulus! I find it unacceptable that this hotel is always on booking or other site! A big scam.

There are directions to the property and the street indicated on the reservation has many crosses that have the same name as the main drag. There goes a bit before finding the residence and the thing that helps the most about this is the locate the supermarket which is at street level on which then develops the structure.
The front desk staff is downright unprofessional and even less customer focused, more interested in bickering among themselves that the needs of those who have to catch a plane.
In this regard it is important to highlight the fact that the check-out would begin at 10 or so and that if one must leave early should alert during check-in: too bad no one tell you.
The property is well maintained and refined, the apartments clean and spacious bathrooms.

Good location to downtown Villasimius.

I begin by saying that it was very difficult to find the entrance because the Residence has no insignia. The information that is being advertised on the site of the Residence, are untrue: we took a two-room apartment (4 people advertised for) but apart from the bed, the couch has proved awkward both because the mattress was very late, because it was extremely short and an adult 170 cm could lie just with their feet out of bed!
As regards services, there are many photos on the site of a swimming pool but, beware of booking period, because that is only accessible from 15 June (although we had said we could use them also in late May). I travel a lot and I can honestly say that, at the same cost, I was in better and with more services.

The residence Le Fontane di Villasimius is a great property just minutes from the town centre and the beach. I noticed an excellent value for money for a holiday in residence. Beautiful rooftop pool kid friendly afternoon. The supermarket is next to the residence and very convenient.

The hotel is well connected to the Centre of Villasimius. Ideal for those who want to discover the beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. The apartments are nicely finished, have a supermarket next door, great comfort for people like me who prefer to stay in the Residence. I would highly recommend this property for value for money and for the chance to stay in broken periods not necessarily with the formula fixed weekly.
