Nice comfortable property great service!

Great food Excellent prices.

We arrived at the gate and it was closed after calling an owner they told us that today (Monday) is closed and they didn't receive our booking. Finally owner came from Cagliari and we checked in at 7pm after waiting 2h for them. It turned out that they have our booking! Breakfast was poor because ofc they didn't expected us and hotel was empty… No one spoke English. Room is nice and clean but there was no Wi-Fi in the room.

We will visit the beautiful, gated community of about 30 apartments ready for the third time. Pietra Ligure is a small town with beautiful Alstadtkern, good restaurants and many bad possibilities. The residential complex is slightly on the slope about 10 minutes walk from the Centre/sea. There are to discover many excursions in the surrounding area. The apartment that we have already booked for the second time, especially impresses their great sun terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment has been partially renovated this year. New kitchen and new bathroom with nice shower. Beds are a bit old and not so convenient for more people in the long term. Would still be a nice improvement. Everything else is perfect. Very clean and well maintained facility. The owner and her staff are very friendly and always helpful. The two pools are also very nice and as good as new. Even during the holidays, we had enough sun loungers and other guests and always. Thank you Mariangela.

All very friendly and Nice. Setup is pretty old and used, but for the holidays enough. It isn't there anyway all day. We had a room with a sea view. That was great. Ev. This mention at the time of booking, otherwise one gets a room with a terrace overlooking the parking lot. The walk to the beach is 10 min to cope and to proceed along the main road not. It is disturbing for me that it is possible to clean itself. If I think that my predecessor has cleaned and EV. Not properly. I prefer but the final cleaning major the landlord. Oh — beds must itself be involved and only check in from 17 00 clock possible. But all in all a great holiday and we will Oleandro recommend.

A very quiet location and great views of the sea. Modern and comfortable apartments, all available it takes. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful people, it was a pleasure to spend with you a week. We were there in August, had a super week. We could book a nice apartment with large balcony and sea view in the short term (two days prior to arrival). Beautiful pool at the House. Thank you very much, was just great with you.

We (parents with less than 13 years old daughter) spent a lovely week in the residence Oleandro. Our two room apartment on the third floor was functional but completely sufficient and bribed by a picobello cleanliness. The terrace was a great joy for the morning breakfast, to the Sun, and at the end of the evening. If you had not managed it from the beach, the pool provided a pleasant refreshment. He has a great size and offers a good number of lounge chairs to the relax. The distance to the beach can be gone through different ways. The distance is walking well to do and never been a problem for us. The shuttle bus is used. Both the reception, on-site as well check out were very friendly and almost family. Conclusion: A very nice, relaxing holiday with a full recommendation for the residence Oleandro.

Our young family residence Oleando stayed at the end of August 2010. We had a lovely holiday and the accommodation was perfect for our needs be. Our apartment had a beautiful view and was very spacious with 2 large balconies. The furniture was a bit basic, but it had everything we needed. We had appreciated a nice bed and large bathroom, were we a 11 — months old son. There were good Wi-Fi, a safe, secure and modern air Conditonning. The residence offers plenty of parking and a large pool that was enjoyed, but never to busy ourselves and other families. Our little boy loved playing with different toys in the reception area. We liked the walk from the residence, the sea and the old town and also with prams, not found overly strenuous as other reviews may suggest. The advantage is that the locatation in a beautiful residential area is very quiet and away from the noise and traffic the city centre and the coast stip.

A very nice location with nice views The interior is quite basic, particularly given the price, but thats what you get for booking in high season. You have everyhting you need though. Our room and balcony was disappointingly small, particluarly given that I had reserved a half year in advance. Turns out rooms are allotted on the day of arrival. So the first arrival gets the best room. The swimming pool is nice but is shared by different apartments and gets very crowded. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful and well organised. With all these critical notes I still had nice week, and that says something coming from somebody who hates beach vacations.
