Extremely welcoming bar environment, warm and welcoming décor. Banquets, armchairs and tables inside, benches and wooden tables outside overlooking the Sesia. Large interior space not crowded by furnishings. Staff of extraordinary kindness and courtesy. Great!

Great location at the beginning of the pedestrian area of Alagna and directly on the River Sesia. You can arrange wonderful trips like the Margherita Shed. Rooms are very spacious and have every comfort. Staff very friendly and helpful to meet any request. Top restaurant, you eat really well with using local products. The only note that can be improved is the speed of service: they are quite slow. The pool is actually not particularly hot as it is written on the site. Nice bar inside with tables directly on the river.

Very well-maintained and especially fantastic staff, pool and sauna including although the setting is a bit chilly, delicious food and large rooms, the only problem is the service too slow in the lounge. However, it remains the place for a holiday in the mountains. For the rest I recommend it to nche for your children.

Very nice hotel, recently renovated with a fair compromise of modernity and mountain style. The rooms are large. The spa area accoglente but a bit chilly. The kitchen is definitely the highlight. All always great. The staff are really courteous and professional. However, I can not give 5 stars because the service in the room is excessively slow. There's probably a lack of staff.

X me Alagna is a magical place L Hotel Crystal and the best of it can find in a Marvel context is always improved…

Very comfortable Hotel, spacious and furnished room, staff prepared, central location, parking. But restaurant to forget.

An elegant dinner in the mountains with original dishes.

The Good Big rooms, lots of space. Big closet, lots of room for ski clothing. Big bathroom, with clean towels. Clean bathroom sink. Big bathroom and nice water pressure. Clean bed linen for beds. Room had a desk and small TV screen. Bathroom had hand-soap and shampoo included. Hotel included Wi-Fi. Diner was excellent and very well done. Breakfast was also okay. Restaurant was roomy and had a nice fireplace. The Bad Bathroom sink stopper worked poorly and we temporarily had to remove it, so water could flow. Bathroom shower was dirty and mold was growing between tiles and on floor. Bathroom ceiling also had mold growing. Bed placed against wall with mold on it. Bedroom had mold growing in the corner. Bathroom shampoo had perfume and was therefore not allergy friendly. Hand-soap had also perfume. Hotel Wi-Fi worked very poorly or not at all, so mobile data was or only option. TV screen had no power cable or HDMI cable, so you could not use it. Only one chair in a room with 5 beds, not even a sofa. Breakfast had warm milk because of bad placement on the table, on more then one day. Overall conclusion Improvement is needed. Cleaning of bathroom shower and removal of mold is needed. Removal of mold behind bed and in corner is also needed. Bathroom sink stopper needs to be working properly. Hotel Wi-Fi, needs to be improved so it works some of the time. Wi-Fi signal seemed okay, but I think they are limited by data-connection.

Quality Hotel: Substance without too many (unnecessary) frills.
Personal PRO: Young, helpful, smiling rooms: Ours was spacious, clean, functional and — amazingly but we only noticed it after the second day — without television/radio.
Restaurant: Excellent room staff, attentive and courteous; The kitchen is varied and good.
Wellness Area: Also here, essential but practical, with sauna, swimming pool and relax zone against in general, in its being essential, sometimes it is a bit too much (a chair in the room in addition, a soap, a lamp). However minor details that do not affect the positive judgement.
Wine list: Quality But with prices a little above average in my opinion.
We stayed in the summer with baby and didn't have any problems.
I recommend it.

Good morning: We stayed at this awesome Hotel in Alagna Valsesia, the best I've ever experienced! Huge rooms, living room with TV and couch, beautiful bathrooms with showers or huge tubs, staff at the maximum of kindness sympathy and courtesy, beautiful view from all rooms, I was there again last year and I highly recommend it to everyone! I don't even find a flaw, I consider this Hotel perfect, great value for money. Absolutely recommend! Thanks to all the staff of your staff, a greeting from Sardinia!
