Lovely location in the beautiful village of Jouvenceaux just outside Sauze d'Oulx. A great team of Neilson staff who really care about their guests and go the extra mile every time to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. Loved our room with its balcony overlooking the pistes. Food very good and varied. On the chef's night off we had a lovely meal at Etoile des Neiges. Ski guiding with Robbie and Ariane was excellent (and great fun! ). Entertainment was good — loved quiz night and even the karaoke night which was a hoot — never thought we would ever do this in public but Charlie was very persuasive! Do book a treatment at the spa. Margaux is amazing. I had a deep tissue massage which really found the right spots and I also treated myself (as it's my big birthday) to the Champagne and Truffles facial — one of the best treatments I've ever had — I literally floated out. Wonderful. Only things we feel could be improved is ski check in at Manchester airport (tortuous) and check in at Turin (chaotic). Also it would be nice if the bar did a happy hour and served wine in 175ml measures not 125ml (2 sips and it's gone! )
