The room was very small, but sufficient for a short visit. The hotel entrance was secure, I felt comfortable. However, the staff were extremely rude. It was impossible to reach the hotel before my visit; the initial information I received stated that check-in was possible until 8 pm, and after 11 pm it would cost 30 euros. I asked if I needed to pay a fee for my planned arrival time of around 10:30 pm, but I received almost no answer until the last minute. When I finally got an answer, they said I could check in for free until 10:20 pm because it was a public holiday. My arrival and departure dates were set a month in advance, and this kind of information shouldn't have been given at the last minute. If I hadn't been able to change my plans at the last minute, they would have demanded money from me.

Very rude owner! Breakfast was very poor and I was told what I am and am not allowed to put in my plate! The barman was kind of upset that I asked for a second cup of cappuccino! The ey when I came to the apartment was nowhere to be found and when I called the phone no one answered! I also wrote a text but no one bothered to respond back to me! Was lucky that a neighbour told me to go to the cafe next door and ask there… basically only the location was worth but am sure one can find much better places in Torino!

This place is host by amazing people! Rooms are ok — clean and spacious.
But the bar is amazing place and special experience. I never met so kind and caring people. We couldn't find taxi one night so they drove us to location that we needed to be. If. I ever come. Back to Torino —
