I only stayed one night. Clean room, hospitality and confidentiality that never hurts!

Easy to reach, near big shopping center (8 gallery). It was a social event so I have no information about rooms.

Very good hotel, the environment elegant and refined, gives the idea of a small castle, silent and very welcoming, the rooms are with attention to detail, beautiful, clean and with comfortable beds, bathrooms very clean, the breakfast is fabulous with excellent desserts. The staff is very polite and helpful, friendly and competent, guests feel pampered. 2 stars are few for this magnificent hotel.

Think of anything to say. The hotel is located 500 metres from the first stop of tram leading to the city centre. Personal welcoming. Booking direct enables you to take advantage of the breakfast, contrary to the reservation made from certain sites. Free parking in front of the hotel.

We enjoyed extreme cleanliness, comfy mattresses and pillows, nice and friendly staff The proximity to the fair is relevant right value for money for those with motor problems: the absence of an elevator can be important.

Beautiful hotel, two stars are not enough. Huge rooms very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The room paid with air conditioning service albeit with non-functioning air conditioners and broken shutters. Dirty. Broken Bar fridge. A disaster.

We were guests these days until today and it was all wonderful, great welcome, kindness and sympathy of the staff as well as cleanliness of the rooms and tranquility. Excellent breakfast buffet with homemade cakes and various types. Surely if we have occasion we will return. Thanks again and good job.

I only took advantage of the hotel for one night. Positive experience. Rooms comfortable and in good condition. Clean and spacious.

We were one night at this hotel, my daughter and I, to attend the show of Soy Luna at the Alpitour Altarpiece, reached comfortably on foot in 10/15 min.
Welcomed in a very kind and accommodating, room on the 3rd floor-without lift but for us no problem-Accoglientissima room, ultra clean and warm, clean ad hoc bathroom and wonderful shower. Will definitely come back if there is occasion. Thank you very much!

Although the "only" two-star hotel is the same, the structure is clean, welcoming and beyond expectations! Varied and well-stocked breakfast buffet and rooms albeit small, well organized, tidy and with a super bath! Recommended!

Close enough to the center of Turin, great for cleanliness of the rooms, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Excellent value for money.

Stay for 2 nights at the Clubtoclub Festival, excellent location for those who must reach the Lingotto, about 10 minutes on foot, good cleanliness, welcome and excellent availability, clean rooms and with all the comforts needed. The breakfast is very good.

This Hotel is very cosy as they are very kind, the room was clean perfectly, and when I see that there is hygiene, I understand that the cleaning is critical in work and in life, I invite all of you to go.

We took a triple room, perhaps smallish but clean and functional. Same thing is said. As I write we still spend the first night but I would say that there are no other special things to note.

The free breakfast alone is worth the cost of the stay. It included coffee in a variety of styles as well as a massive selection of sweet and savoury foods. The hotel staff were extremely friendly And helpful. The rooms were clean if a bit small, but cozy none-the-less and had a terrace. There is a park right across the street from the hotel, and only a 5 minute walk from the gallery 8 mall which has any shopping needs you might require (such as outlet adapters). The hotel is also surrounded by terrific restaurant options, and a quick walk to the 4 line tram which will take you straight to the city centre. Olympic park is and stadium is only a gen minute walk away. The staff didn't speak English but that wasn't really an issue. They will hold your luggage after check out. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent place, located maybe a bit far from the center but the room was nice and clean, price reasonable and staff extra-helpful and cooperative! Breakfast also ok with even quite nice choice of food for that price. Close to Lingotto train station, and less than 10 minutes to tram to city center.

Simple and cute; staff very friendly and helpful. The only flaw is the lack of an elevator (which is why the stars are two).
