This is probably the best hotel I have stayed at in Turin. The staff are amazing, the rooms are great. I would have given it a five star rating except that I was hearing some banging when I was asleep and it woke me up multiple times during the night.

One of the best hotels in Turin city center. My co-workers they to stay there every time they are in Turin. Very nice view if you can get a higher floor. Staff pays attention to repeat visitors and works to make them feel welcome.

I visited the structure at the occasion of a presentation event of the artisan panettone. The premises are very well cared for and truly represent luxurious and very refined environments. It is known to be the city hotel of Juventus. And how to give wrong…

I was there for the event a Mole of doves and chocolate. The halls that I could see are splendid, especially the Festival Hall, decorated with mosaics on the walls and chandeliers of Murano.

There was no toothpaste and there is nowhere to buy in the hotel. And the rest is very convenient and good service.

We really loved the hotel. The rooms were renovated and absolutely comfortable. The service was excellent and the hotel was stylish and very classic. The hotel bar was definitely not racy but that's not a bad thing and the bar staff were charming. They mixed great cocktails too. We ate at the hotel restaurant on the second night and the food was absolutely delicious — the meal for two coming to just EUR 120 including 1.5 bottles of excellent local wines. I'm at a loss to read the negative comments. Not our experience at all. Congrats to the hotel for a great stay. I'd recommend.

Beautiful structure and friendlier staff. It was a very nice hotel. We had booked a deluxe room but on arrival we were offered a suite with only €30 more. Recommended.

The hotel is very nice, it is elegant and well cared for. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable; Only sore note perhaps the temperature of the room that, although it is adjustable through a thermostat, always remains a little ' too high. The breakfast is organized well. The hotel is in the center, parking a car could be difficult, but this is useful an underground parking outside the hotel. Promoted with flying colors.

One of the most prestigious hotels in Turin. Very close to the hotel Prices adjusted to the level of the offer that is placed in luxury range. It is often VIP and preferred stay of football teams, especially foreign, when they come to play match in Turin, in the surroundings you will find shops and restaurants of the highest level, including the shop Danpol own opposite shop top of Turin.

But where's the fifth star? Certainly this hotel is quiet and well located in the center, but sincerely not a 5 star level service and quality.

The hotel is beautiful, the room are large and the bathrooms clean. The people are polite and prepared. The morning breakfast is international. Really grateful location in downtown Torino.

It was nice, but not as nice as the cost suggested. The bed and pillows were terrible!

The reception is q total disaster. Extremely disorganized and not friendly by any means. In fact I have never encountered before such a gloomy welcome like yesterday by receptionist Eliza or something like that. Everybody has right to be in a bad mood, but please leave it at home when you are working. Room is ok, slightly run down thought.

Good hotel but really over estimated. The hotel has a very nice decor in 1930 style and over all a good service. It's anyway lost in the details. A terrible breakfast poor in quality and in choice. Salty choice basically un existing and sweet parts with cold croissant all presented in a very poor showcase its something that at the level of star they proclaim themselves it's simply, unacceptable. Rooms are above average but not extraordinary, also here they loose themselves in details as old TV of low definition or low quality bath amenities. Restaurant is ok as it is the rooms service but is by far overrated and overpriced for the real choice you have. We are far from a five star offer and level, its most probably a (4 — —) with a limited inclination to international customers. Overall I can't recommend it as there are other options in town more upscale and equally centrally located.

Geweldig! Service met een glimlach. Mijn kussen was te dik… Housekeeping komt met drie andere modellen! Onze beagle had een ongelukje en daar werd niet moeilijk over gedaan! Perfect! En vergeet de gratis upgrade naar een hogere klasse niet!

To be a five star hotel, I would say that apart from the location in the city centre, the quality of the breakfast and the staff of the plans, the rest is marginal at best.
In the room, junior suites even has a TV sat and channels are seen by dogs, if the hotel itself was some km decentralized, a star less would at a minimum!
I wonder how it is possible that they could keep the five star category!

Great location in city center gives easy access to wide variety of sights and restaurants/bars across a wide range of prices. Rooms are high quality and comfortable. Personnel among friendliest I've seen in a high end hotel. Flavio is a knowledgeable and gregarious bar manager. Didn't catch the name but when I had an early morning departure after staying up all night finishing work before leaving, the gentleman at the front desk (Jan 17, 2014) had coffee for me before the kitchen was open. The only negative for me is having to pay for Wi-Fi, but its something my company will pay for; if it was vacation, I'd be disappointed. Overall, though, worth it. BTW, notable local restaurants: Otto e Tre Quarti La Cantinella Al Monte dei Cappuccini Stars and Roses Taverna dells Rose The best gelato in the world, Grom.

Luxurious hotel in the heart of the historic area of Turin. Spa amenities were an indulgent pleasure. Staff was friendly and helpful, bar was amazing. We had to actually ask them to stop bringing us food with our drinks, it was so much! We didn't want to leave. Highly recommend and can't wait to visit again someday. Loved Turin and loved Principi di Piemonte. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else now.

Great location for a hotel. Bathrooms are a nice and the room was pretty clean. The bartender is great I will say the drinks are alittle more than other places but they bring you some great items to snack on for free. The internet has different packages you can buy so I would not go with the 24 hour one that was 25 Euro. I went here on business travel and would go back and stay here on vacation.
