A very civilised place. Beethoven playing in a book-lined drawing roon, breakfast in the courtyard garden. OK, there are no USB sockets in the bedrooms, but so what?

Hôtel very nice in the heart of the city. I had booked a classic room, unfortunately we were allocated a room with a carpet kilim hanging above the bed like a canopy… we do not know if because of the carpet, or if because the room was not ventilated for a long time but there was a strong smell of dust and stale. We had to open immediately the windows and sleep with the windows open to breath, moreover I am allergic to dust. For the rest nice solution for a private garage (albeit at extra cost) for those arriving by car. Breakfast tends to settle a bit’ all tastes.

Stayed at this hotel because it was highly recommended by co-workers. It's very accessable to down today and an easy walk to the metro and Porto nuovo train station. The room is small, but overlooks a lovely courtyard. Breakfast is wonderful. I haven't been to the spa yet, but my coworkers have nothing but good things to say about it. Electrical outlets are not super convenient for business travel, but it's workable. Key is a physical key that you can leave at the front desk when you leave. It's a little inconvenient, but quaint. Room is small but comfortable with a desk, some drawers for storing cloths, a refrigerator and safe. Overall my stay so far has been a pleasant experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

To be honest, I was expecting something more from the Wellness Center in this elegant hotel in Turin, which offers various packages including swimming pool, hydro, relaxation room, sauna area, massages, treatments. We took advantage of the Osiris package with access to the heated pool and whirlpool, but we found our own despite that the pool was not heated and that the ' access to the hydro was quite crowded despite the almost evening time. Too bad for the changing rooms not the height of the structure, really microscopic. Nice and friendly staff.

Period Hotel with well furnished rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Spa Isis the small but cozy: a small corner of relaxation! Bonus for the interior garden and because they accept dogs, even if with the supplement.

To try absolutely: in the heart of Turin, highly qualified and professional staff, elegant and clean rooms, comfortable and cozy bathrooms. Breakfast in the inner garden and heated swimming pool. What else to ask?

The highlight of the hotel is the spa: giant pool, immaculate facilities, a perfect way to relax and try put different things (hot/cold baths, Turkish bath, sauna, aromatherapy showers, hydro massage pool). The style of the hotel is very classic and old style, still well kept. Rooms can be slightly bigger for a 4 stars hotel. Service and breakfast are on point. Recommend!

Nice furnishings and beautiful style. The classic Room that we had with my husband and my daughter, the classic, I would say a little small. Bathroom nn excellent. Excellent breakfast and Spa. Didn't stay at the hotel but did make use of the very nice Spa downstairs. Very intimate and private (I went with my girlfriend on a Bank Holiday and we were alone in the Spa most of the time, with max 2 other guests during our 3 hour stay), they have Finnish Sauna (fairly small, fits 2 people), Turkish bath, Roman Calidarium, Tropical shower and a couple pools: a hot Jacuzzi that fits 4 people and a lukewarm pool where you can swim and also go against the stream if you wish. They have complimentary fresh fruit, teas, water.

Warmly cozy and refined environment, along with the proverbial subalpine kindness. Great price for a central location. The breakfast is international and on Thursdays is offered to the guests a rich aperitif. In Turin for forty years I do not know anything more desirable in a hotel.

It's a beautiful antique hotel. You do have to book in advance in order to have a room. The rooms are huge in comparison to European sizes. Also the bathroom are quite spacious. Definitely a place to take your loved one for a special occasion or just to relax.

My fiance and I stayed at the spa of this hotel without overnight. Taking advantage of the Ramesse Silver package, we have been able to enjoy the courtesy of the assistants, a wonderful relaxing massage and the rooms, typically in Egyptian style, very romantic and refined. Definitely recommend, I would stay here again with pleasure.

Very nice Hotel and very good in the Christmas version. Noteworthy is the Egyptian-themed spa. I highly recommend it and will stay there again.

A beautiful location in the center of Turin, seems to stay at home, transmits warmth and is cozy, excellent personal services impeccable, excellent cuisine and impeccable cleanliness.

Premium vintage style hotel. In the heart of Turin 5 minutes from station Porta Nuova and 7 minutes from Egyptian Museum. Amazing breakfast, the staff is very professional. They have an amazing SPA, Iside.

A nice hotel a little kitsch but comfortable and very well equipped (pool and spa) and especially a wonderful staff.

Great hotel. It's a nice home. Staff attentive and very available. A few steps away from important tourist places and to make Turin. The passage through the SPA for a massage is indispensable. Only complaint, the noise of the air conditioning very present in the room.

A lovely oasis in the heart of the city The Victoria Hotel is a great place to stay — — for business and leisure travelers alike. The spa has grown-ups only and family hours, making it easy for everyone to relax after a day of sight-seeing or meetings. Our daughter learned to swim in the gorgeous, Egyptian-inspired pool. She even tried to convince us not to go to the nearby Egyptian museum because "the pool is like a museum. " The jacuzzi was awesome as well. Our room was very comfortable, the staff — — very friendly and spoke good English, and the breakfast was out of this world. The fact that there were delicious apples (and candy) available at all times was a nice touch — — it may not cost a fortune, but it really helps when you're traveling a while and constantly eating out, to be able to get some healthy fruit (or a small sugar rush). For families with young children, the location is unbeatable — — close to museums (we walked to the Mole and the Egyptian Museum), as well as parks (especially awesome was the Parco del Valentino) and a very nice playground in another park, 1.5 blocks away. Treat yourself!

Hotel Victoria is a marvelous place, where every corner sparkles with Old World beauty and charm. The breakfast offerings are magnificent and the service is kind and attentive. Most notably, the spa and pool are something out of this world.

This was my favorite hotel of all time — It was tucked off a main street — a quiet hidden treasure near a beautifully lit central area with streets lit for the holidays — It was also near the beautiful river Po. But most important was its charm — a breakfast area with everything you could want and a view of a central courtyard to mesmerize — And my room — I have NEVER slept so well — the bed corners had a thick gathered canopy and the windows had thick curtains that showed attention to textile quality I have not before seen. I set my alarm both days but turned it off only to arise an hour or so later in a semi comatose state — My reservation had been booked for me — due to attendance at a meeting — and as I'd wanted to stay for 2 additional days in the city to sight see and do shopping, I'd booked 2 nights at the Holiday Inn myself. The latter was fine but such a complete let down after the Victoria — I dream of going back…

Valentine's day at the Spa. Simply divine as the experience I remembered years ago. Somewhere nice, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, low cost, number of guests well calibrated (probably a good organization over appointments). All beautiful. Just dressing little too small … but neo safely overcome given the relaxation of the day.

I could live in this hotel! My husband and I stayed there for 10 days last March and adored it. In walking distance from loads of great restaurants, beautiful churches and palaces, expensive shopping, and other tourist type attractions. But also near little groceries and parks and less touristy areas. And near bus and train stations so you can get around all over the area. Google maps will even give you bus routes and whatnot to help you know which buses and trains to take. The hotel staff were all very friendly and were patient with our horrible beginner Italian. Most of them spoke English. Our room was very clean and comfy with a nice view into the courtyard. For my fellow Americans who may not yet have experienced a bidet, there was one in our bathroom. Once you get the hang of it, you'll wish you had one at home. Despite some construction going on on the facade of the hotel, it was quiet throughout our stay and we were not at all inconvenienced. The hotel Wi-Fi wasn't superb in the rooms, but was better than many hotels I've stayed. And in the lobby and business center the Wi-Fi worked fine. I don't know if their breakfasts are standard for Italian hotels, but this was, by far, THE BEST hotel breakfast I've ever seen. And it was great every day we were there. And was included in our room price — which was very reasonable.

A hotel from the outside not suggests its luxury. The rooms are well maintained, clean and very stylish. The inner garden is a treat and the breakfast great. Special yogurt! Also included, of course appropriate, a heated pool, hot tub and sauna. For those you love …
