HONESTLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN A HOTEL! I had a nightmare night! Impossible to close eye! The rooms on the street are not soundproof at all and you hear everything : buses, cars, ambulances, people talking in the many rooms open late etc. SERRAMENTS are NOT ISOLANTS FOR NOW! Also the room where I SHOULD RESORat was very close to the reception and until 2 a. M. You could hear the doorbell ringing as well as all kinds of noise and voices of the people coming back. During the night I complained but no other room seemed to be available… I tried cotton in my ears, pillow on my head but nothing… I didn't close my eye! In the morning I asked to inform the manager of my discomfort and I STATUS PROPOSTO A RESORAL OF 4th! Oh yes! 4th (obviously rejected) for spending a blank night and ruining me the next day because it's too sleepy to enjoy everything.

Excellent location just a few steps away from the beautiful setting of Piazza Vittorio overlooking the river Po and its restaurants and clubs very frequented by young and older. The staff were very helpful The rooms are however a bit outdated and the bathrooms very small.

The location is great to visit the center, but for this also too immersed in the "Movida" of Turin: If you want to sleep peacefully on Saturday night is not the ideal place, hear screams until 6 am!

Located in the immediate vicinity of Piazza Vittorio I stayed in a large, comfortable and clean triple room. Pretty modern furniture and tapestries. The bathroom is more than decent. At breakfast there is nothing missing but it is standard and without major peaks. For the price paid I can tell me absolutely satisfied.

When I pass through Turin I always stop here. The location is excellent: The hotel is equipped with parking otherwise there is that of Piazza Vittorio Veneto a 2 minutes walk. The staff are courteous and friendly and some rooms are amazing.

The site value for money, very well, I did not expect the reception on the last third floor and the apartment on a fourth floor of such an old block. And with a lift from the nineteenth century, but inside it is worth modern rooms. Great breakfast.

The hotel is located on the third floor of a building located in a central area of Turin. The reception at the front desk was very friendly. My single room was basic and cozy. Very small bathroom (no bidet) but provided everything you need. Rich breakfast, both savory and sweet.

Good location, comfortable beds and parking available (narrow gate, should be careful with big car). Stayed here for 1 day.

The room unfortunately reserved for us did not have the bidet in the bathroom and the window always the bathroom was defective, or it was not possible to close it completely… and in January is not pleased. Breakfast so-so.
Other than that, the real problem was the noise from the local in the nearby street on which gave the window of our room: Music until three at night! Bring the Caps.

Excellent reception characteristic hotel in an ancient building of Turin. Nice and comfortable. Central location, private garage, possibility to visit the city walking on foot. Typical lift.

Nice place to stay when you want to discover the city: everything is close. They have a covered parking but you have to book it before as the number of spaces are limited. Noisy but difficult to be in center and have a quiet place.

Very nice, cosy and clean little hotel which is located very close to city center and river Po. Breakfast is very good and there is a wide choice of food and delicious coffee.

We stayed last week end: Holtel very recommended. Staff Disponibilissmo and very nice, great cleanliness and very good breakfast. Just outside the centre but very convenient to go there.

Familiary, and room is very well, but Wi-Fi don't run.

Very special hotel! The elevator is small in old house, but good rooms and excellent service. Excellent location.

My friend and I stayed there just for a night. The hotel itself is nice with good rooms. However, we were confused with checking in. We missed a sign saying the check in on a third floor, so it took us some time to wonder around looking for a reception. And also 3, 4 floors connections are confusing. Some doors that close at certain time makes you wonder where to go.

Located 2 steps from Piazza Vittorio Veneto and its arcades and at 10 minutes from the Mole Antonelliana. Is on the third floor of an old palace. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. Has a few parking lots but under Piazza Vittorio Veneto is a very large parking fee (1, € 50 per hour)

Good hotel with central location, 2 minutes ' walk from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, and then by public transport. At 10 min by bus from Porta Nuova and half an hour from Lingotto Fiere. Friendly staff, large clean room with comfortable beds. Bathroom large and clean although the shower head shower did not have the support that it was broken, but there was the other biggest shower in perfect working order. The hotel provides slippers, soaps, soaps, shower caps and toothpaste with a toothbrush. The building is a bit old, plus a private residence than a hotel … and indeed there are also private apartments in the plans … with a lift of yesteryear. But everything is well maintained and our one night stay was comfortable and stress free.

For nothing courteous and unclear on the delivery of the services. As indicated on the website does not match as communicated over the phone and in person.

Nice friendly hotel, staff friendly as you are walking from the square going back for sure if I switch to Turin.

The hotel is very well placed. Gracious staff. No complaints about the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. Only problem, the noise! It's good to put windows to crack but the noise going on! last night was very hard! too bad.
