Air con is mobile machine, VERY noisy, pipe out of open window, very poor. Breakfast poor, whole place very depressing car parking poor, no help with luggage… Nice location, town very quaint.

My opinion: a place suitable for a cultural stay but not for a working one.
A little complicated to reach, carefully walking through the old alleys of the village in the area with limited traffic. You need a pass that is provided by email from the hotel.
Once you reach the location, it's really lovely, too bad it's a bit tarnished by an adjacent and degraded building that seems inhabited by refugees.
The staff are really nice and very helpful. 10 and praise!
The tables under the arcades of the cloister are delicious.
I couldn't try the restaurant because it closed for shift on Monday.
The rooms, former cells of the religious of the convent, are austere and furnished in an essential way, in line with the place.
Too bad the noisy penguin-type air conditioner that doesn't make you sleep. If you stay in the summer, especially for work, it can become a problem.
The marriage I had was very small, almost cramped. It features a tiny bathroom without a space to support things. I had to use the toilet cover!
In the shower I found a soap bottle, open and half empty, left by the previous guest and passed unnoticed by the cleaning staff… Serious enough for a 4-star hotel!
Very small hotel parking, but the pass is provided to park outside.

Great atmosphere. Quiet. Dignified.

Atmosphere from other times. Clean hotel cozy rooms in style. Great furniture solutions. It feels like in the past but with all the conveniences of today. Fridge bar full and free. Great Michelin-starred restaurant. The breakfast room is nice, and stocked. To go back to spend a weekend in Saluzzo.

Place of other times. Located beautiful high part of Saluzzo was extracted from the remains of a convent.

Impeccably furnished it is suitable for a demanding clientele.
The restaurant housed in the cellars is luxurious and the CHEF cooks under your eyes the dishes required. Excellent wine list.

Beautiful and elegant, with conference and meeting room. In the most beautiful corner of the beautiful Saluzzo. Housed in an old convent of the Servants of Mary. To visit.

I didn't get to visit Saluzzo because I only stopped for one night but the hotel is really great. Spacious rooms, in style but tastefully refurbished very recently. Also good breakfast.

Business dinner… elegant restaurant. All very well cared for. Great.

Simply stunning. The usual star rating for hotels is wholly inadequate. This is in an entirely different league. My words will never convey full meaning, so check the website, Google the photos, then book a room if it's your thing. If you do, then like me you ought to be delighted beyond measure! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough!

Fabulous place and first time in a converted convent. Staff were fab as well.

A medieval convent kept alive as a resort with a cloister from the wonderful acoustics and a refectory great concert hall.
