Ho cenato ieri sera con amici. Il servizio in sala è stato buono (cameriera attenta). Tutto il resto abbastanza sotto la media: primi nella norma (gnocchi al castelmagno). I secondi, nonostante il buon impiattamento, molto deludenti: il "maialino" consisteva in due pezzi di carne di 5 cm quadrati, di cui uno interamente grasso e quindi non mangiabile. Io ho preso invece la "costata di cervo". Il nome molto promettente… il nome. Nel piatto avevo: 5 cipolle caramellate, 5 ciliege caramelle e 3 pezzettini minuscoli (grandezza di un pollice) di carne di cervo. Di costata insomma non aveva nemmeno l'aspetto. Nonostante il secondo più zuccherato che proteico, prendiamo lo stesso I dolci: nella norma, eccetto bunet che sapeva praticamente solo si rhum. Prezzi nella norma, se solo si fosse mangiato quel che si è ordinato. Resoconto: location poco curata, ma passabile, servizio ok, prezzi nella norma sul menù, ma nella pratica si pagano I secondoli di carne per mangiare per lo più contorni o scartare grasso. Peccato, le aspettative non erano alte, ma I presupposti buoni. Non torneremo.
