Lovely magical place, beautiful rooms, perfect spa, we could not eat at the gourmet restaurant because there was no place so we had dinner at the bistro. All beyond our expectations divinely eaten definitely an anniversary to remember.

Lovely elegant country hotel, main building is 500 or 690 years old.

Everything you will find there will be more than what you expected! Really cool place, Tah hotel part is week integrated with the spa. The entire structure has been very well renovated and you can feel the history of the building. There is also a restaurant where you can enjoy dinner. Also the breakfast is very good, the variety of food served is big, there is also lot of attention to healthy food. If you want to relax and forget all the city stress, this is the place to go! Don’t forget to book a spa treatment or a massage, the staff is well prepared!

High-end relais almost always live up to (a few small flaws like a bottle of prosecco "fake" to the cherry as a welcome gift).
Great restaurant, formal service but, apart from a rather unfriendly waiter, the others were kind and professional. Some memorable dishes. (I remember a dessert with a top ten cherry in life)

The hotel /spa is a great place to stay and relax. Many options at every price level. A truly devine meal at the main restaurant — amazing amuse bouche and tasting additions throughout, the most wonderful ravioli piomontese, lamb so tender (with a tasty strip of pan seared lamb fat) and vegetables, amazing house made bread and incredible wine list. Fine, well paced dining with professional service.

I already knew the property for staying there years ago appreciating the various hotel services. I remember very nice rooms, large, clean equipped with every comfort, the Ns was in a more modern wing. The restaurant for a 5-star dinner and service is of excellent quality, as well as the summer restaurant/poolside bar for a slightly lighter lunch. On this occasion I was able to appreciate instead in a Day spa The magnificent services offered by the Acquanatura SPA. A 5-star spa, the best you can find around, a path of relaxation and pampering to dedicate to you. Super recommended!

Always a peaceful and relaxing stay. Good selection of wines and even the cheaper one is great. Meals are a bit expensive but it's always a pleasure to pay for such a good quality. The SPA is clean and quiet. Rooms are all confortable.

Beautiful place suggestive to the Oval Suite service nn aligned to the place… Little respectful of the appointments taken with the Somelie for the tasting… which occurred after an hour is half of the time fixed and replaced by Ùn colleague who of wines nn understood much… The good wines at the moment well the Nebbiolo well the Barbareaco disappointing the Raboso… eat excellent well kept good structure the beautiful Spa. Green moment at the quiet place structure the room is nice to view with double bathroom and double walk in closet pity it was slightly damp…

The place is always really very nice, we came back several times; Very elegant and intimate the SPA with a view on the vineyards, very quiet and suggestive the surroundings.
Lately unfortunately the level has lowered a lot, we were very disappointed.
The prices have become excessive, especially those of the standard rooms (170 €/night). However nice, to that figure in other facilities you get definitely superior rooms.
In most recently they have changed policies and the standards no longer include access to the SPA, which makes climbing the figure further.
The most bitter surprise: the restaurant service.
If during your stay the restaurant hosts a gastronomic event, priority is given to that and to the guests who stay in the hotel is reserved a treatment of Serie D, but keeping prices from Serie A. Very slow service, consideration for the customer almost non-existent, super expensive menu, with very little and Deludende choice (fusilli with tomato and pasta meat sauce as the only first?!?! ), quality of food certainly not corresponding to the level "starry" they boast On the site.
I hope it is only a temporary crush (maybe due to a change of management) and review their offer a bit, although from what I read from other comments, several other customers have received the same treatment.
The place is very nice and it would be a shame not to go back.

Taken off the managerial part where I was never communicated the availability of rooms or not (or then stayed elsewhere) I would say it is just great!

Classic example of luxury ostentation accompanied by the absence of savoir faire.
We start from the good things: the countryside around with a sunny day is a great thing.
We book a room from €180: On the site it is written clearly that it is in an external structure. This turns out to be an dependance at CA 200m from the main body of the resort.
Modern and cozy rooms, but more from Hilton than from Relais: In short, lacking in character and absolutely not aligned to the price.
"Free minibar": nice thing! In 2 bottles of water, 1 coca Cole and a Heineken.
Wi-Fi slow.
Welcome: Professional but not very genuine, almost sliced, precisely: from Hilton.
Then the discoveries begin: At €180 Our room does not include access to the SPA.
Fully complied with the "letter" of the contract: I find that in the confirmation email, almost at the bottom of font 8, it says "access to the SPA Aquanatura is not included in this category of room. There is a surcharge for the entrance after availability. "€30 per person.
Breakfast presented well but quality products not at the height of the image of the structure: confectionery evidently frozen (and I have the same doubt on bread) ; I took a cake to say the least inedible; Dried dry scrambled eggs that make me fall back on an omelet: I have to wait almost half an hour because they tell me that the chef had yet to arrive. Then comes the omelet, but nothing of that, really.

I would have given 5 stars to the property, not for the management. Warm cold pool water, cold Mediterranean sauna, closed ice fountain. A thousand crates, no music only the buzz of those who speak rudely in a very high voice and are not taken up by anyone. Well stocked with herbal teas and tea, but only 5 apples. Two biscuits even on request. For those who do not stay but only benefit from the SPA must bring some sandwiches? Really amazing. On the site I read a price then I call and make me another. I expect much better, I repeat the structure and the place are wonderful. Too bad.

Have been going to this hotel for years. Decades even. In the heart of Piemonte, there is also an excellent restaurant. In the summer, the pool will keep you cool. An old convent. Try to get rooms in the annex, with terrace.

Great Location It is a small world of relaxation. Costs a bit high, but to recommend for those who want to carve out a little moment of recreation. Great service. Food for those who like the kitchen upper.

What a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The setting for the area around the vineyards and farms was absolutely great. The rooms are so very cozy spacious and confortable. The dinners at the dining room was like being in a bed n breakfast. The outside fall foliage was in full earnest and the colors were great. Service by the owner and her staff was fantastic. I was there as part of a tour group but highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get off the beaten trail but yet close to near villages like Barola, LaMorra and others. A great relaxing 3 day stay.

We enjoyed 3 Nights in this beautiful and quiet place with friendly and helpful staff and a delicious restaurant, for which a reservation in advance is needed. The old House has been carfully renovated, especially the room we stayed in was quiet smartly made with a glass ceiling in the bathroom. The pool area was a lot of fun to stay with our 6 year old daughter and very peaceful. We also enjoyed dinner in Moncalvo and lunch in Asti — there seem to be endless cultural and culinary places to visit.

Because we are looking for a location for our wedding we drove all the way down to Relais Sant' Uffizio (5 hour car drive! ) Beforehand we had contact with the events office and told them we would come. We even booked a night in the Relais.
First, the wedding planer was not there and another staff member showed us around. Unfortunately, he did not have a clue about anything. For example we asked him if it's possible to have the symbolic ritual in the green. He told us it would not be possible, even they had such rituals in the past (seen in the internet).
Second, we have been waiting for three weeks to get the offer. They won't even reply our emails.
Really poor service! This crappy Relais is not worth a star…

Lovely place in the wine region of Piedmont. The rooms and the surroundings are wonderful and so is the staff working there. Great food and wine of course. I highly recommend a stay here.

Location very nice and cared for. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The spa is really beautiful and very well managed. The staff very friendly and competent. The only sore point is the fact that some rooms are located in the stables are at 200 metres from the main hotel.

We came across this place by accident. We took advantage of a coupon present for the wedding. Nonistante we had the coupon worked to feed our son and have all been cordial. The place is beautiful, the food is good. Thanks for the weekend.

Beautiful location, the food disappointing, the cakes just shoddy, I tried the palette of the Inquisition which included 5 mini cakes including 4 for nothing good. Very positive note the wellness and spa, nice and equipped. Definitely relaxing.

Very good the restaurant even though it's easy to find the same quality in the vicinity. I stayed for 4 nights for the first time, in the summer, and I was able to appreciate the outdoor swimming pool. The other times I opted for short periods, usually a weekend every time.
I recommend it to anyone who needs a moment of detachment from the city rush and labor.

The hotel is very well equipped and the details are taken care of very well giving a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is proposed immediately to try to satisfy every request of guests. The Inn offers a menu with dishes very ornate and (limited to a first experience and such a sweetheart) also very good. The strengths is, in my opinion, the Spa very well run and organised and who succeeds perfectly in the task of relax.
