The third time we come here. And it was all perfect. From the food to the entertainment. For families with children and perfect. Children are taken care of by the animators throughout the day while the parents amuse themselves on the snow. After dinner, good fun for all. The council and I will surely be back. Thanks.

Clean hotel, good kitchen especially very good desserts, the general service of the hotel is great and the staff is kind and quick. A special compliment goes to waiter Kevin helpful and very good!

To renovate, change requiring furnishings and improve the kitchen. However it remains cozy and competitive in prices with very friendly staff. Suitable for families with children. On the slopes.

A little ' dated but not lacking anything, ski slopes very convenient to reach, for those who do not wake there is a sauna pool or Turkish bath or large terrace for sunbathing. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, we went with the dog and they cut out the room cleaning time according to our needs (of course within the housekeeping schedule provided by the hotel). You eat very well and the environment is very enjoyable. Spacious and livable bathroom room with shower. Small example of attention to guests: When we arrived we were made to find a sleeper for the dog and a new bowl, on the second day they noticed that I had put a towel under the pillow for me too low and without asking anything I would have Did find a second pillow. Also enjoyable entertainment. So nice holiday and I think I will go back next year.

I was in the white week with my family from 17 to 24 February 2018, beautiful structure, exit the ski box (equipped) and you find yourself directly on the slopes, in a frame of nice and characteristic village. Hotel with spotless rooms, SPA with equipped swimming pool and above all an exceptional kitchen.
The hotel team is very efficient, the friendliness and availability is priceless starting from the reception with Regina and Pierangela, the host of waiters, animation of the funny Ciccio, all coordinated by two managers, Maria and Raffaele, who They bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable… very helpful we will return!
P. S. With pleasure I can disprove the very few, fortunately, negative reviews I had read previously.

I had been last year, with the old management… a whole other personal affable polite thing and especially a family environment well managed by the proprietor Mr. Agostini. I came back now… not even to compare… in the hands of a gang of cocky, uneducated kids, not to mention the eating, last year there was a variety of sweets every night to be envied by a pastry… now only one evening! And what about the discounted menu and not the height of a three star super as it is passed off. He has only one fortune… to be one of the few hotels in Prato Nevoso…

A great hotel, all be it slightly old in style. With very attentive staff that are super helpful and happy to help. Yummy food that seems to be never ending in style and originality. Couldn't be closed to the ski slope or the up lift and has a pool to boot. I love this place.

I was here with school and the hotel staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a great one. The hotel has a great family athmosphere. The cleaners cleaned our room every day and were very helpfull. Special shout out to Paulo and his restaurant. They were just fabulous and always made sure problems got solved. Also all dietary requirements were taken care of which made our lives a lot easier. Easy access from the hotel to the ski slope. I would come back.

Very nice Hotel on ski slope and with hot water pool. New management is very good both in terms of services offered both in terms of quality and propensity to satisfying the needs of customers.

Very comfortable hotel excellent staff delicious food with delicious sweet buffet always friendly and everywhere.
What about all you need you can find it here for a family weekend.

I booked this hotel not knowing that they had opened 2 days before and with great disappointment we found it bad. I Had seen through the site a very different hotel the room we were given at 18 instead of at 16, the room was not cleaned the bidet broken and in the bathroom you see they had just put 2 shelves not very stable C was the red powder all over the tiles. The pool could not be accessed because it was not ready, in the room there was no TV and finally you could not dine… We went to town but couldn't dine because it was all booked. The only positive note was the courtesy and welcome of Mr. Of the reception, staff for breakfast and breakfast. Instead of doing 2 nights we stayed one night a while for The various disguides (not recently) a little because my husband has come to the fever. At the time of our departure the reception to apologize has handed us a voucher of 150 euros to possibly avail between 7 and 13 January at their doing at least 2 nights. But I don't think I'm enjoying it.

The place is looking tired, with lots of with needed, but the price and location however cannot be faulted!

Great for groups but not couples.

The Hotel is situated in Top location on the slopes, Skibox, convenient and safe, swimming pool, entertainment on the slopes and in the hotel with events, fun and prizes, staff friendly and funny waiters. A good kitchen. Overall a very good stay! recommended.

Average, good location for skiing, good food, disappointing the Spa, considering the alternatives to Prato Nevoso is the best hotel…

Nothing to brag about. A plus the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Owner unfriendly and rude … Cleaning and furniture in the rooms very poor, utterly inappropriate for the required fees. Elevator without sensors so if you quit while you're leaving or entering you crushes, absence of personnel in so-called spa area (cannot be defined such as there are only 2 loungers and the steam room and sauna do not reach even 40°). Not to mention the pool, very dirty and absolutely cold (5° 26, measured in my presence by the Manager at my request) luckily my daughter got sick!

I loved it I went there on a school ski trip a while ago it was awsome but there wasn't a very good view from my side of the building but it wasn't to bad! I loved it.

We purchased a coupon on groupon, they were including free spa entrance and lunch at the restaurant.
Hotel in a stunning location, great views, friendly staff.
The spa was not remotely measure up, cold water swimming pool and whirlpool, sauna turned off (was turned on for the 10 or so).
The spa was open from 10 to 12 counting that the sauna is heated to the 11.30 we had just 30 min, then they brought out (spa which lasts two hours? ).
In our opinion, rejected.
Great lunchtime, taste of salami, first main course and dessert, all great.
The voucher was worth the expense only for lunch, spa definitely disappointing.

Hotel comfortable, family environment, breakfast, lunch and dinner abundant, highly recommended especially for families!

Stay cute. Hotel with good location and great staff both at the reception (great maximum) is in the room.

Fantastic location of my room 408.
Perfectly timed the washstand for toddlers and beautiful space dedicated to them on the first floor.
Change only the hallway sconces.
