➜ Quiet house in a very beautiful location. Ideally located a little away but still close to the town of Monforte d 'Alba. Apartments very well furnished and clean booking, key collection and checkout worked out great.
➜ I spent an unforgettable weekend: apartment clean and equipped with every comfort, open-air swimming pool with breathtaking views over the Langhe, open spaces excellently organized to promote relaxation and sharing. The time, there, seems to stop. Mrs. Anna is a perfect hostess: welcoming, helpful, secretive. I would definitely recommend it again.

Pros: Location & view is magnificent in between the vineyards Quiet Very nice swimming pool Table tennis Rather new equipment Wifi, rather slow but acceptable given the location. Cons: Clean, but not super clean inside (dust & spider webs) Host only speaks italian & does not understand any other language No explanation of the facilities no arrival, you have to figure everything out youselves Expect to pay for every extra or damage without prior warning or mention in (non existing) house rules. E. G. Broken drinking glass = 5€ laundry machine = 5€/usage (I don't mind to pay for such things but noting is mentioned about the exact costs before, only to be paid ad hoc afterwards) No airconditioning, while mentioned otherwise on many websites for this appartment. There was a big fan in the living room and luckily the temperature was still acceptable when we stayed there (late August) Only 2 out of 6 windows have a musquito screen to prevent insects entering the room Not child-friendly, no toys or play area for children.
