Unfriendly customer service.
We arrived and didn’t felt welcomed from the beginning. We had to sit by two tables (due to som rules vs COVID-19), but why were we not informed about this when we did the reservation? Staff was not at all service minded which you can expect on this restaurant level. Wine list and the view is the only thing I can recommend. Food was very experimental to my taste, but this is a matter of individual taste of cause.
Among all the Michelin restaurants I visit several times a year around the world — this restaurant is the only one with such a bad service.

Beautiful place nestled in the vineyards, equipped with private parking and vantage points outside. Excellent service, delicious food.

Beautiful winery, located in an outstanding vine landscape, with a nice view on the city of Alba. The rooms are big, very nicely decorated with some good chairs that allow you to actually use them. There are nice lounge areas on the first floor, all very classy and elegant. Benches and pleasant seating areas outside, and last but not least: the restaurant is superb, as obviously, also the wines. Look forward to visiting again!

Great place, really well placed close to Alba, nice rooms, unfortunately without lift.

The restaurant is just amazing with a beautiful view and nice welcoming staff. Every dish is a masterpiece. 1 michelin star is well-deseved. Pasta and ravioli with duck are delicious. Leave some space for the deserts as "milk and honey" and "lemon tart" totally worth tasting.

Overpriced menu compared to the taste palette, noisy dishwasher from kitchen door, to many young people serving and taking out plates to fast, wine menu is overpriced for simple wines from barbera, dolcetta, moscato and only one serving. They where topping up water all the time and to often. 35 euro truffle was a poor amount for even a small dish. We had very high expectations for this visit, but came home with bad experience.

The place is wonderful and panoramic surrounded by vineyards, the wonderful food and the right quantities, the wine very good (if a person wants to kill himself of food go to a tavern at low price), the staff very polite and professional, the price is high but it is worth Everything, I paid gladly, deserved it and I'll be back before the Christmas parties.

Dishes also tell fish. Excellent initiative tell intermediate plates between the courses required. Underestimables not however amount (reduced) and the prices aren't cheap.
