I stayed for New Year's weekend. Attentive staff, very kind and always courteous. Excellent food, very clean and warm room. We felt welcomed.

Hotel Cortese is more than courtesy. Refined environment, warm welcome, kindness, extraordinary service, excellent cuisine and modern and elegant design. Located in a perfect place, from which you can reach all the sites of interest. Far from the tourist mass. The best home away from home, immersed in the serenity of the natural environment and villages.
I spent five days there and left reluctantly.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to Marco and all his staff. They convey harmony and give tranquility.

Beautiful hotel, taken care of in detail with helpful and very courteous staff. Restaurant with excellent breakfast and highly sought after dinner with particularly exquisite dishes and wide choice of wines.

The hotel is very well looked after, the cleanliness impeccable. Well-appointed common environments and comfortable rooms. The staff is the real highlight of this hotel, friendly, helpful and very affable even with the little ones!

Structure discovered by chance via the internet. We liked it so much that my wife and one month old daughter, I went back within a week to relax to the fullest immersed in a beautiful landscape between the lake of the garden and the surrounding hills.
Refined structure kept very well supported by a precious swimming pool surrounded by greenery.
Great breakfast on the terrace that mixes with the landscape.

Beautiful hotel situated in breathtaking scene, the hotel staff s attitude is second to none they are extremely good at their job helps that while here a director of the hotel was on hand working along side the staff we where told hotel is family run.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at the property for more than two weeks for reasons of work. Fantastic facility, the staff is super qualified, available and polite. I felt at home. The restaurant of the hotel is wonderful. The breakfast is very rich and delicious.

Very good stay and nice supper. Our second stop at the Cortese.
Too bad the extra for the linens of the pool …

Quiet location very clean hotel rooms were very well furnished. Staff very friendly & helpful. The grounds are very pleasant great pool. We had B&B which was alway good.? Yes! would I go back their? Yes I would.

We spent a weekend at this beautiful property. Very nice location. The staff are very friendly and helpful to give information (and I mean all the staff, from receptionists to night porters, from waiters to maitre). We dined on the terrace and enjoyed local dishes revisited and presented impeccably. We managed to spend a relaxing couple of hours in the pool area. Breakfast was great, varied and plentiful.
The only thing I can do is that the price of the room, in my opinion, is a little too high compared to the services offered.

We want to thank the whole Cortese team, we had a wonderfull time.
Especialy the service, clean rooms and the high quality of food from chef Marcello. When we visit Piemonte next time we will stay again at the Cortese Hotel.

Recently renovated Hotel. Basic but functional furnishings. Too small the TV and heating not effective. Very small Breakfast Decent restaurant level.

Located in the small village of Armenian perfect location between Lake and mountain.

I was at the Cortese Hotel for a few times for a wedding.
It is really just PERFECT! The service, the rooms, the breakfast, the interior and exterior and the pool, all are really perfect! Beside that, Marco, the owner is super friendly and they will for sure take good care of all the guests.

We had been in the hotel for the second time and did really enjoy it again. The staff is great and cares so much about the guests. Ambience, hospitality at its best. And not to forget the restaurant — just excellent! Thanks to the whole team. We will come back!

I have been to this Hotel over new year 2016 and I was not at all satisfied, for the following reasons proportionate to excessive cost in addition to rooms with cobwebs bugs and butterflies, warm water suffice it to say, and reported to the management, as well as the fitting is disassembled and you have left in your hands. The after dinner in the morning there was supposed to be waiting 40 minutes to have the breakfast table and didn't have anything to eat, because it was all over.
