Clean place, friendly staff. It is located a short walk from the lake. It is contracted for lunch and dinner with the nearby restaurant (which despite the discount applied, however, remains quite expensive for the product offered). Recommended.

Very good small hotel in the center of Stresa, good breakfast, near many restorans and shops.

In the middle of the city in Stresa, so convenient for walking! Too bad that the TV in the room is not programmed x see more channels of which those x kids. All in all we enjoyed each other x the two nights we stayed.

Located in the center of Stresa, where you will find everything : from small restaurant to any shopping. A short walk from the boats. Clean hotel friendly staff but price for rooms a little high compared to the type of property.

Structure without excessive pretensions, but clean and with everything necessary, located in a strategic position for the embarks.

Nice rooms and also good food, you don't have to walk far if you want to go to a bar, as there are 20 meters further. You don't have to walk far to the lag Maggiore either. So my conclusion is a nice hotel with a wonderful environment.

In the center of Stresa room Very large window frames valid noise practically limited cleaning impeccable parking away ie near the hotel is located. To pay a subsidized rate to 10 euros otherwise close just take two steps free parking… location of the hotel enviable. Very good Staff.

I put 3 stars for the convenient location in the center of Stresa, good breakfast but the room was dirty with cobwebs, the bathroom to the limit of indecency with stickers to cover the broken tiles and door rotted by the water! Too bad that a structure in a beautiful place is left so!

The hotel is in a very good location, almost on the lakefront. The maintenance of the property, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Good breakfast but normal.

A hotel that has been coming into the years, but that this is due to its central location in Stresa. The hotel is in neat condition, the rooms are tidy. Breakfast and dinner are filling, though not very imaginative. For a short trip to Lake Maggiore, the hotel is definitely recommended.

Small nice hotel close to the coast and in the centre of the village.

This was the worst hotel I've ever been to. Dirty little room — but this wasn't the biggest problem. We reserved for two nights and we couldn't sleep. There is no noise isolation so we could hear EVERYBODY in the hotel who were having party and shouted and laughed laudly all night long. Someone prayed and sang for 20 minutes before 6 o'clock. The window was so bad we could also hear everything from the street including the churchbell next to our window and dustman collected glass early morning. The location and the town is great but we are absolutely disappointed because of the "hotel". Never choose it.

Unclean, very small and tired room. Unable to sleep thanks to no noise isolation between rooms and bad window. Worsest accomodiation ever…

We were guests of the hotel Primavera and I must say we enjoyed it very much. Impeccable service, excellent and plentiful cuisine and excellent professionalism starting from the owners to all the service personnel. A great thank you to all x the availability and X service offered.

Excellent location close to lots of eateries and meters from laggo maggiore. My wife and I both liked our stay there and would stay again.

Excellent location, opposite the pier for the ferries on Lake Maggiore. Great value for money. The structure is altogether quite old, but the interiors are all well furnished and new. We note, however, the lack of maintenance for small details. Breakfast was great but not very varied. Staff always friendly and helpful. Room cleaning excellent. Plus point: the agreement with the restaurant situated next to the entrance for hotel guests who reserve the 15% discount, but I've never taken advantage of.

The hotel is not new, however the staff is friendly and helpful fairly priced, you can't see the Lake.
