Welcoming staff, quiet place, clean, quiet, really nice rooms great lake view. Impeccable service. Really good food. It will be half of the next trips. I greet the staff all nice.

It won't be a Grand Hotel, but it's definitely a BIG HOTEL! It's a 3 ⭐⭐⭐ that is absolutely worth 4! Friendly staff, helpful and pleasant… you eat moooolto well… Very clean and tidy structure! And all in a lovely area of Italy.

We stopped for a great dinner, welcome and hospitality, good really nice staff dishes.

Fabulous few days here, food was amazing and the restaurant staff were equally so. Beautiful lake, beautiful views even the gym had a view.

Hotel in a very convenient location compared to the station, to the embarker to the Borromee Islands.
It has paid internal parking (there are also free parking in the area but not always available).
Rooms tidy, clean, air-conditioned and fridge, quiet and comfortable balcony.
Excellent service and staff, always friendly, helpful and attentive to the customer's needs (we spent a week in August and I, being pregnant, I had special needs for the kitchen and each time they were very helpful to meet all our requests). The pool is well-maintained, with green and sun/shadow areas, with bars where you can grab aperitifs or even lunch. For August, a very well-curated themed event was organized with a special aperitif and dinner.
The half-board service includes dinner (they don't offer half-board dining) and the dishes have always been varied, with very plentiful buffets and plenty of choice, as well as breakfasts.

Hotel very nice and well located for excursions by boat and cable car. The restaurant serves classy Italian cuisine and the service is impeccable. All the staff are affable and helpful. Recommended to discover Lake Maggiore.

Good location, close to the cable car and easy to walk into the town. Staff were friendly, pool was a good size and clean.

This is an excellent hotel just a short walk from Stresa town centre, and very close to other tourism points such as the cable car to Mottarone, and departure points for boats to the Borromean Islands. It's a spacious and comfortable hotel, with friendly staff. The restaurant's food is good, and breakfasts are delicious. Our room had a wonderful view from the balcony, and it was clean and tidy. The pool area is compact but well-maintained, with a bar serving delicious cocktails. We will definitely stay here again in future. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with very nice staff.

We have just spent one week at the Hotel Della Torre. What a glorious week it has been! The Hotel is superbly managed by Michele whose main aim is to please his guests, make them as comfortable as possible and ensure that they have a happy and relaxed holiday He has a wonderful team of staff around him from Ricardo and his reception team, Guiseppie and Camilla in the bar, Vincenso Mario Fabio Bruno and Antonio in the restaurant. These are all quite exceptional people whose main aim is to provide an efficient service but at the same time really get to know their guests. They are like one big family and NOTHING is too much trouble for any one of them. Roberto and his team of chefs provide excellent and varied food both for breakfast and dinner Rooms are very clean and comfortable most having balconies There's a lovely ambiance in the hotel and it was good to meet so many genuinely caring and dedicated people in the week that we had with them We feel lucky to have had a genuine taste of life in the Italian lakes at the Hotel Della Torre.

We were greeted in an exceptional way: we arrived very early and this did not pose any problems! We thank all the staff of the hotel for their kindness and their accessibility and their discretion. The rooms are very clean and nice, the restaurant is on top! Only downside, there are only two French channels on television… Otherwise, we recommend without any restrictions this property also very well located: 10 minutes on foot from the pier and 15 minutes on foot from the town of Stresa. We stayed in the hotel for a few days, but enough to make us appreciate the exquisite hospitality, the availability and professionalism of all the staff always very attentive.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, well located as it is near the port to catch a ferry to the islands and around the lake, good breakfast, clean rooms. Would highly recommend!

Nice rooms well equipped. Clean. To the main road with a lot of traffic. Rear railway. Quite high noise source. High noise level despite electric shutters. Not suitable for sensitive ears. Very central location. In a few minutes in the city centre of Stresa. In a few minutes at the boat jetty for the island tours. Food very tasteful. A beautiful hotel with a view over the lake and the mountains.

Very nice room. Good food. Nice ambiance. However, located on the main road and back out the railroad. Despite electric shutters already noisy. Anyone who is sensitive to noise has a problem here. Otherwise great location. Not far to the center of Stresa and departure of the boats. Nice promenade. Recommendation.

Friendly and professional staff, cozy and clean rooms, pity for the automatic coffee machine and cappuccinos… very comfortable, but the taste of coffee is tremendous!

First customers of the new management staff very friendly strategic location: the closest to the cable car mottarone and always at 200 meters also a ferry company to the islands. Hotel clean breakfast better than 90% of the hotels. From the gym you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. The Pool on April 30th (rightly) was closed so we didn't try it. Great Hotel.

Very nice Hotel with some rooms with a panoramic view of the lake. Staff friendly and polite. Restaurant with typical menu.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff are very nice and committed. The cat at the reception puts the crown on all of this.
A small minus point is the missing fruit and vegetables at the breakfast buffet, otherwise everything was tiptop.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating during our 2 night stay we would recommend it for that alone, but on top we were served a lovely breakfast and enjoyed the well appointed room and communal areas and a very nice pool and snack bar too. Only a 20 minute walk to all that Stresa has to offer, it's also well located.

Our stay lasted from 14/7 to 17/7/2016. Great value for money, with parking and swimming pool. The staff is very helpful Breakfast was good Dinner with choice, excellent cuisine. Garden with very nice pool. Very good cleanliness of the rooms which are spacious enough. Recommended without a doubt.

Were there by chance arriving on-site. Very good surprise. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms. Welcome and friendliness of all the staff. The hotel is very well placed for visits or walk on foot into the city from the Lake and the palaces. Pinch in the heart at the start as we were too good.
