I was with my husband in early September… surely the structure is a bit dated but we found both Antonella and Fabrizio (the owners) that the staff very welcoming. We felt really welcomed with the care that is used for the guests of respect! the rooms clean and tidy mobili the furniture a little old! we had dinner at the hotel and were very happy, mushrooms, polenta, deer, sweets. All great and the portions plentiful. Special thanks to Antonella! I planted your flowers right away!

We were here for lunch with a Gathering of Alfa Romeo that we have organized. We had a very good experience, good food and drinks, good for waiting all seasoned by their friendliness. Highly recommended, thanks.

The owners try to sell you anything (dearest) even if of low quality…
The rooms are small (too) and noisy, to the point of feeling the nearby brush your teeth…
The restaurant is located at half an hour, or more, from Stresa or other towns…
Carefully assessed. It is on top of a mountain, at 1500m of altitude.

Great meal and service! Unexpected surprised!

Found by chance, in the middle of a beautiful landscape, we had lunch in the late afternoon around 4pm, what ke nn and by everyone, everything from starter to sweet and genuine and tasty state, we were satisfied and will definitely come back!

Nothing fancy… The catering and professionalism are elsewhere… to never again.

It's not worth the money. Our side salad was tiny and tasteless, moreover they charged us an extra €10 for it without telling us. We actually asked to serve our main course with salad instead of polenta, and they said 'yes' but never warned us they'd charge extra. Some withered radishes as a decoration on our cheese plate. The main was very mediocre. Service was unfriendly — they refused to give us a table by the window even though we were the only customers for lunch. Why? The facility is old, moldy and really tired. We paid €48 for 1 starter, 1 main, 1 beer and a small side salad. Avoid!

We had a meal here which was amazing but as well as the beautiful views, the water they bottled from their own fountain took your breath away. Clean, fresh and refreshing. Wonderful service too x Highly recommended.

Unfriendly without end — have gone back.

We stopped to buy two bottles of water €1.50. The restaurant has a large terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view.

Albergo Eden Mottarone is like a hidden perla! It looks so modest but inside it suprises you with a sweet bar caffe and a restaurant and of course a warm welcoming lounge and the best apple shtrudel in the north serviced with a welcoming smile and great kindness. Loved the place! Wonderfull owner.

Restaurant Ke does not deserve any comment they sell on grupon and try to ripped off … the courtesy they don't know what it is rated 0 discouraged at most.

The landlord is very kind, is evidently a good person. It wasn't easy deciding to leave this review.
The hotel is a typical mountain hotel, furnished with old furniture that resemble a bit of Grandma's House. The room where we stayed was acceptable, but it would be desirable for a more rigorous, especially in the toilet.
There is Wi-Fi but it works in fits and starts. The food was plentiful but seemed prepared long before and heated at the time, always when not arrived cold fridge.

Very nice, friendly and clean, quality food and attentive service, homely hospitality. Thanks to Angela and Fabrizio.

Awful and room winter you die as well.
