➜ It was so great and so beautiful looks and also mountains and side street also camping that is so nice…
Unfortunately TV not everything properly program and also remote control is defective.
And door is not perfect because of ground!
I always have to bump a bit more door and also to do right that was bit hard it would be super should repair something and make some control improvement.
➜ I highly recommend it for lovers of trekking and Nordic walking, families, for centaurs, for couples and for women who love shopping: outlets, shopping malls in Verbania and in the Swiss resorts. The markets: Arona on Tuesdays, Luino on Wednesdays, Intra on Saturdays and Sundays in Cannobio. And I can not forget to recommend the village of Cannobio for its shops and delicacies in Piedmont in the shops. In a holiday can not miss the relaxation in the beach and garden of the Hotel and the Morning excellent breakfast buffet sweet and savory, make excellent capuccini and the bread always fresh. It offers an incomparable view of the lake and the surrounding mountains that excite for colors that vary with changing seasons.

It is a hotel quite with flaws. However, the location and friendliness of the staff outweigh this.
The shortcomings:
The hotel is in urgent need of renovation. In my room, which was actually quite pretty, the wallpapers were already loosening.
The road is quite noisy. Only the city itself can do something here by prescribing 30 km/h and setting up a speed camera. This would immediately significantly reduce the background noise.
The bathroom was fine, but there was a lack of storage space and a make-up mirror. A defect that can be easily and inexpensively reputed.
For me, the mattresses might be a bit firmer, but this is always an individual matter of taste.
Benefits:
The location! I took advantage of the opportunity to lie on the in-house beach and enjoyed it very much! I had a small balcony from which I could enjoy a fantastic view.
Everything was lightning-clean, I was very satisfied with that.
The breakfast was rather average, but for me it was enough. There was fruit and muesli, that's important to me, I don't eat more in the morning anyway. I would like to highlight the super love, nice, friendly breakfast service!
In general, all the staff in the house is very nice and trying to make a nice stay possible for the guest. All are very helpful!
