Hotel in a great location, located 2 steps from the station and the pier, ample parking and with great service. Staff prepared and very affable. I recommend it for any type of holiday.

Great location, pretty flowers in the balcony and excellent service but needs urgent renovation. Air conditioning very noisy and bath chipped, hair dryer outdated (barely hot). Very clean. No kettle in the room.

Great lake view location not far from the center. Clean room. Breakfast buffet, great dinner with various dishes of your choice. Waiters very nice and ready to satisfy every need.

Hotel extremely disgusting! Dirty, dusty, old, poorly lit, carpeted floors, old, dirty and smelly bed and bath linens. No natural light, walls behind the windows. Terrible experience!

Disappointing HOTEL are a travel agency around Bari. I brought a group to Arona the Bridge of April 25; In this hotel I've known for 15 years I have always been well. This time I noticed a very poor service. Before arriving with the group sending emails of all the lunches I had to do in restaurants in visiting places; For dinner he made me find the same risotto and for a second a turkey leaf; For the other ashes were similar. I made a request for spaghetti garlic oil and chili The proprietor answered me there eat in Puglia! I was very sick. Then I made a reduced amount, yes and no one kg of spaghetti more or less for the whole group. Then we don't talk about breakfast all over the supermarket stuff. I'm sorry I won't be returning to this property. The hotel is all to redo.

Nice hotel. However, rooms are small and walls are very thin. I was there on a business trip and was trying to get some sleep, the guy beside my room was on the phone very late and I could hear his whole conversation. Breakfast is okay, restaurant on top floor is expensive. But the location is very close to restaurants and other nice spots. Would recommend if you go there to sleep and then go out for the day.

Room and bathroom clean nice the room and also the bathroom only that the latter is small and tight! Nice view of the lake from the floors a little higher! The staff are nice and you eat well.

Nice staff Better the last plans to enjoy better than the lake view…

The hotel needs a lot of upgrading to be a 4 star hotel. The single room was very small and overlooking an internal yard with a disgusting view of trash cans. The restaurant people are very nice and friendly. The food was great and the position of the hotel was very good. Pity about the single rooms.

Old building but very well maintained. Get a room with a lake view. Lovely big balcony.

Always different and sophisticated cuisine presented impeccably. Staff were very courteous and helpful to chat in addition to advise. Refined and elegant atmosphere with beautiful lake views. Well worth the expense for a special evening.

Location is verygood. U can see the sun rise mornig. The food is ok.

Our preference for the restaurant on the top floor of The arc en ciel Hotel Atlantic Arona.
The service is great, the staff is friendly and helpful as well as qualified, always ready to give great advice on courses from the menu and the wines to match; amiable and willing to chat merrily with the customer without hurry.
The dishes are sought and particulars, and are renewed from week to week.
Great value and a value added and the beautiful view of the Lake which offers a terrace.
