Great hotel with a lot of sport facilities, great conference room and nice food. Ideal for organizing congresses, the only disadvantage is the distance from Novara (you always need a car to reach the hotel, no possibility with public transportation)

A structure that certainly from outside you can attract, but then discover that: — The car park is unattended — parking is 300 meters from the hotel — there is no porterage service — they don't let you unload the bags in front of the hotel because you can't get in the car — Wi — Very slow-breakfast that still does not understand whether it was included in the reservation; But the fact is that I would rather skip it — the sheets were sandpaper — I think a party was held on my balcony… The evening all right, in the morning I found a shoe is a bottle of beer on the windowsill.

Hotel located in the sports centre of Novara. Nice Place with a nice pond built in the typical countryside of Novara. Nice and clean Room. The friendly staff.

We stayed for New Year's Eve with a special package that also included the SPA, the place is very cute; We enjoyed it, but the dishes we were served in the evening at the restaurant were not great, all in all we enjoyed it.

Really excellent sports centre. Well organized and the beautiful thing you can do beautiful meetings with known and successful sportsmen.

Frankly, I am very disappointed by the experience. Staff off, very hard beds, restaurant not of great standard, bar run badly. The only value are the always heated rooms and the location.

Beautiful sports centre surrounded by greenery in the Novara countryside. A small citadel of the sport cared for and of good level. There is a hotel, hotel, restaurant pizzeria and bar, as well as several soccer fields and a palace. Ample parking before the entrance.

Nice place to visit! To relax, have breakfast in the morning at the bar and do the walk and after lunch in the restaurant!

Very good Location There are many football fields, an arena, a bar, a restaurant-pizzeria and a lot of greenery! There's also a pond with swans!

Beautiful sports center with attached SPA, not very large but comfortable. There is a restaurant, discreet food quality, price in the norm. Kind and helpful staff.

First Pet organize conferences and meetings rooms of different sizes possibility of lunch with good variety of menus accompanied by first Piedmont wines.

Location, private spa and spectacular treatments… if you want to carve out time to dedicate to yourself is the ideal place! We've regenerated!

I stayed at this Hotel with my partner on the weekend 10-11 February 2018.
Hotel: 4.5 stars out of 5. Very excellent welcome and service, with staff prepared and always available. Rooms clean and tastefully furnished, as well as being quiet in the limit of the possible for a hotel room. In addition to the classic fridge, room service also provides free access to Sky and Mediaset Premium services. Unfortunately, some furniture accessories (chairs) in red leathers were undergoing a natural delamination process for the type of material. I hope the management will replace them with armchairs in more lasting material over time. The location of the property is far from the busy street, in a very large private area, which makes the stay pleasantly quiet and quiet. Comfortable beds and really great room habitability. Breakfast varies buffet (both sweet and salty) in a large room, with staff available for immediate cappuccino preparation (for those who are lactose intolerant, also made from soy milk), latte macchiato, espresso.
Wellness Center: 5 out of 5 stars. During the stay with my partner we enjoyed a couple massage and access to the SPA route for 2 hours. Staff very friendly and helpful. The massage, which lasted a total of 60 minutes, was super relaxing, with the final draining herbal tea to be sipped immediately after being reborn in the hands of the staff of the center. The SPA route was decidedly pleasant, with a pool with hot water, hot tub and fountains.

Nestled in the countryside, very green, very clean, rooms spacious enough and simply elegant. Friendly and helpful staff, ready and friendly.

Beautiful location Mrs Roberta lent herself to guide us. Very helpful. I also highly recommend it because it has spa and spa area.

Nestled in a beautiful park. Great Facilities and helpful staff. Lecture halls are a little uncomfortable, maybe you think for young players.

Location is not very convenient to reach of course the structure is geared to football, I have not visited the rooms but the bar is well stocked and the staff very friendly.

I did Not stay in the hotel, but the property is exceptional, I often bring my daughter to play in the park of the sports center and I can assure you everything is taken care of in the slightest detail! BEST Sport structure in Northern Italy and I believe not only!

I spent a few hours with the youth team of my grandson, nice structure with modern facilities, we had lunch spending little.

I have to say awesome place in the middle of the more peaceful countryside Novarese. Everything is clean and maintained with care by the hotel at flowerbeds.
Spacious room clean and tidy, I must admit nothing was missing.
The perfect breakfast. Staff friendly and professional.
I think if Sparrow around there again without a doubt I'll stop it stop again. I highly recommend it.

Good room, dismal enough restaurant area (we haven't even tried the menu preferring to drive up Novara).
Bad breakfast level: to improve the quality of products and coffee (you can't see the automatic coffee maker — among other things — in a 4 star undrinkable! ).
