Very unprofessional behaviour. Even though we were in contact with the property about our late arrival, after 8 hours of driving (closed motorway, congestions…), they didn’t let us in. They charged us for the whole stay and breakfast! And told us to find another place in the middle of the night! At the end we had to sleep in our car! Very unsympathetic and would NOT recommend!

After 8 hours of driving (traffic jams and closed highway) we were left outside the door. Although we were in contact with the property all the time. They still charged us for the whole stay and breakfast even though we slept in our car and never set foot in the B&B! Very rude and unsympathetic.

Hello. We contacted the property before our trip and asked them if we can check in late. They confirmed this. When we were on our way, I told them that we will arrive an hour later and they confirmed this. In the end part of the motorway was closed so we had to wait 2 hours in congestion. I was in touch with the property all the time. Half an hour before we would arrive to the property, they cancelled our booking, charged us for the full stay and wrote that we can find some place else to stay in the middle of the night. They even had the audacity to wish us a good night. I find this behaviour highly rude and unprofessional.
