I had dinner at one of the evenings called Gourmet Friday. Dinner was great. The numerous and fair portions as quantity. After dinner you go away satiated and satisfied. The food is of excellent quality with ingredients produced on their farm. The wine is great. Low prices: 50 euros for an 8-course mushroom dinner, including drinks. A shop to buy their products is also available. You need to book well in advance: it is always full. The ambience is nice, the staff impeccable. I recommend going there at least once in your life.
