Nice hotel, one can still see the signs of when it deserved the four stars. Nice and kind personnel. Good breakfast.

Friendly persons. Good hospitality. Even bikes available for guests.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing extraordinary for breakfast. Great if you appreciate the vintage style of its furnishings. Friendly and professional staff.

Good compromise between price and comfortable.

Good rooms. Fine service. The menus in the restaurant was very poorly translated and we ended up ordering pasta with nothing as we simply couldnt understand what was what. The waiters english didnt help the situation.

Very nice, elegant hotel is located in a quiet location of asti, great breakfast and service.

I can't speak of costs because I was there for work.
The structure is located on a road and has a good car park.
The staff is very high.
The lobby is very bright and spacious.
The furniture I found generally tired but in good condition.
The room was very spacious for a triple and was well soundproofed but sleep was not very comfortable because the mattress.
The Wi-Fi was present at floor room but did not cover the full room, it can happen.
Should be reviewed some details, particularly perhaps bathroom taps should be decalcified.

Hotel in a sweet spot, comfortable for the tourists and for workers. Clean hotel rooms and very good breakfast. Nice personeel. Very good quality/price ratio. Didn't try the restaurant. The only suggestion I have to give is to renovate the showers.

Baaaad hotel bad breakfast at 11 you must be quiet or they call the police…

I was staying at this hotel because my husband had to be operated acute. It worked out very well, 6 min from the hospital, so I could visit him everyday. The rooms are nice and clean, the airconditioning did not work, so I had to have the window open. It was hot. For the money it is a ok place to stay. The food was ok. Although I had a very bad experience. Every day I went down for breakfast and brought my breakfast up to my room to speak to my husband on the phone. This I did not want to do in the restaurant. All 6 days this was no problem. They gave me a tray to have the food on. The last day I brought a very little breakfast to the room and had forgotten my fruit. So after 6min I went down to get an apple and the cleaning/ kitchen lady started yelling at me. She spoke Italian which I did not understand. She got some other women to translate. I was not aloud to come back and get more food. I simply said I had forgotten an apple and had not taken much breakfast today. A yogurt and coffee. She said "No you had taken cornflakes" Which I had not. When I checked out of my room, the cleaning/kitchen lady goes into my room, takes my garbage and brings it down for everyone to see. She starts looking through my garbage and takes a cornflakes mini box out of the bag, this was from the day before. She holds it up for me and everyone else to see. I could not believe my eyes! This behavior is so uncalled for. I can’t believe this is what service has become?

Ate very badly. No Go There.
