We had a great time! Opening the door of the apartment and practically being on the beach with a single row of umbrellas and a clean, clear sea is priceless.

Everything was tip top, beautiful and new apartment with pool. Beach nearby, with umbrellas and deck chairs. Very nice people. 🥰

Very pleasant, relaxing holiday immersed in nature but still 5 minutes from the center of Termoli.
Recent structure, beautiful and well cared for. They also offer beach service.

Good structure, very nice place (excellent beach and sea). Enzo and Andrea are really kind and professional, as is the girl in the office. I give 3 stars instead of 5 because they shouldn't allow guests' dogs to stay on the sunbeds on the beach and to roam free right in the umbrella area of ​​the residence. Sometimes there were 3 dogs for 12 umbrellas… who obviously left their souvenirs, liquid and solid, where we would then have to walk barefoot or our children play. Truly a disgusting and unacceptable situation. It's a shame because it would be a very valid and well-managed residence if there were rules in this sense.

One-storey apartment, ground floor, with patio and sea/beach view, two very spacious rooms with large kitchen and living room cabinets together but very large. Also equipped with dishwasher. Nice large bathroom with remarkable shower with shelf x support The products very convenient (the specific because it is not for everyone and you do not have to do the balancing act with the shampoo stuck in the taps).
Hot water that arrives immediately.
Fresh and clean apartment.
The light sandy beach 4 steps from the apartment is priceless! very comfortable, of course, the service umbrella deckchairs and sunbed.

Very nice and well equipped residence directly on the beach. Very kind and helpful owners. Ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday, five minutes by car from the beautiful center of Termoli.
2021 Update: We returned for a week's holiday again this year. The level of hospitality has risen further: always available and attentive to the customer's needs.
The apartment with sea view is a plus. Waking up in the morning to the fresh wind, the sound of the waves and the view of the sea is priceless.
