I recently stayed at B&B LaCassetta and wanted to share some insights that might help future visitors set their expectations. First, it’s important to know that English is not spoken here, so communication can be a bit difficult if you’re not familiar with the local language. Here is clean.
Parking is another issue; there’s no place to park nearby. You have to leave your car on the other side of the square, which can be inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage.
Regarding the service, the owner’s approach might not feel professional. One significant concern was the check-out process, where being asked to leave the room promptly at check-out time meant you had to leave the building entirely, without the option to stay in the lobby or common areas to plan your departure or wait for transportation.
Additionally, the owner was not very flexible with changes, which can sometimes be accommodated at other hotels, such as adjusting check-out times or booking changes.
Considering all of this, along with the price, I feel that B&B LaCassetta may not offer the best value for your money.
