Camping Piantelle Campground

This is a great campsite, highly recommended it for families. We have stayed here before but this time travelled with our sister in laws family. Our group were 11 in total (ages 8 to 80). We had two of the four poolside apartments. These are lovely spacious holiday apartments and ideal for families with small kids and or grandmothers that need to escape the sun but not miss the poolside fun. The pool is well run so in the apartments you don't have excessive noise from the pool at any stage. The staff in the campsite are also brilliant and show genuine care for their guest holiday experience. We had a few difficulties that can easily ruin a family holiday cancelled flights, lost days, broken arms you name it. This holiday could have been a holiday nightmare but thanks to the support and help of Camping Paintelle and their staff it was great holiday. They provided much needed support and reassurance when trying to rebook flights and genuine concern for our nephews broken arm. Thank you all so much. We will be back to this charming campsite. We stayed here for the first time for the weekend just passed and I must say you were a pleasant surprise. Campsite located directly on the lake, clean, well organized and with large spaces for children. We took an apartment overlooking the pools and the lake in the background, beautiful and very convenient for large families like ours.
To underline the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff, always smiling and helpful. We will be back and will definitely recommend it.

We were on Lake Garda for the first time and Camping Piantelle we really liked. We had 2 weeks wonderful holiday in a fantastic mobile home. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful, the restaurant is super tasty, as well as the own olive oil, the location just top. We would love to come back and hope it works out next year.

I had the great fortune to work there for one season, the site is beautiful and the Staff just the loveliest people ever. The restaurant is 1st class and the beer always good.

Camping is great. Friendly staff and clean overall. Swimming pool is a bit small for the amount of people.

Lovely medium sized campsite. We have a bit pitch (with Go4camp). Pool is small but clean. Direct access to Lake Garda.

Pitch with Electricity (6amp), water and drainage. Toilets and showers excellent. Pitch right next to the lake swam in it everyday. Staff very good a real pleasure we would definitely use this site again worth every star in every way.

We had a great time @ Piantelle for 2 weeks in a 2bedroom mobilhome, the camping was great and the employees also, if we ever go back to lake garda, Piantelle will have a huge chance to be our destination again ;-)

Great Campsite right by the Lake. We had a very modern and clean Mobile Home. In the Restaurant you can eat well and inexpensively. Very big Compliment to the great Team at the Reception who are always helpful and friendly.

Amazing campsite directly on the lake. We had a great time there. We rented a caravan with Roan and we loved all the facilities. The campsite is green and spacious, with lots of play areas. We also loved the restaurant, which opens at 18.30 so ideal with small children who go to bed early. Only downside to our stay in May was that the pool was too cold for our baby, so we bought a little inflatable pool at the supermarket. Keep up the good work Piantelle!

Seldom experienced so much friendliness at a campsite on Lake Garda!
We have been on this campsite for the first time as a family over Easter.
We felt very comfortable – starting from the super nice reception at the reception and the super nice owners for the mobile homes.
Here you can still notice that this place is family run. No matter what you asked, everyone took their time and helped immediately when it was necessary.
Also in the restaurant you were greeted nicely and you could look forward to great food! I can only agree with all the other positive reviews.
Everything has fit and we will certainly come back! Thanks to the whole team!

The campsite is for me the most beautiful, in Moniga del Garda.
It's our second home, the staff is very friendly, the whole facility is well maintained. The service and the quality can only be praised. The restaurant offers a lot and good food.
We are looking forward to our next holiday in 2018.

Small campsite with reasonable facilities and a nice area on Lake Garda with lots of possibilities. We were so unfortunate to get a place in an area that was overgrown with weeds and without any shadow. Bathroom facilities in the area are clean but of older date and worn out. The pool was a hit for the kids, but there are many restrictions at the pool, for example, no drinks, food and smoke-free. Lovely restaurant, but the selection was limited for a large part of the day and pizza could only be bought in the evening. Biggest minus of our stay was when there suddenly were cleared weeds by our place. Small rocks and weeds were scattered everywhere and our car had a stone stroke. We were very surprised that there was no better information, so we could have removed it. The owner was a bit arrogant and not particularly understanding about our problem. We never heard from them regarding insurance.

Short break was so far everything OK.

Right size, pools clean and not overcrowded. Great view of the lake as a direct descent on the coast. Good pizzeria/restaurant as a quality, although the waiting times, when it was full you could stretch. The environment is clean and tidy, space for tents and mobile homes to be adequate and shaded. Frequented by many Dutch.

The bungalows are clean and very comfortable and nice! The restaurant is also amazing.

Super campsite, absolutely recommended, sanitary facilities very clean and the individual cells spacious. Restaurant on the course very good. Even meat dishes tasted excellent. The patrol at night took care. Staff very nice! It was a successful holiday and we will definitely be back!

Although the weather did not play like this, we felt very comfortable here. The staff at the reception as well as the restaurant is extremely friendly and helpful. Very good pizza, very nice big Pebble Beach.

Very popular destination even off peak. Have motorhome, took a chance and was offered last available pitch. Very good facilities staff friendly and convenient for local boat trips out on Lake via Moniga porto.

We, a family of 4, just got back from our 3rd visit at this great campsite. We can only recommend Camping Piantelle to others for the great and service-minded staff, the pool and activities at the site and the location next to both the beautiful Lake Garda and charming Moniga del Garda.

We have been coming 12 years after Piantelle it is always nice and we feel at home here. The Team of Piantelle would get from us for friendliness and helpfulness 10**********. Thank you for all the nice holidays and come.

Very nice camping. Location is great directly on the lake. Service very friendly by all the staff. Facilities very clean and good. Restaurant with great and affordable food. Swimming pool with enough beds (no towel war :-) ). Great animation for the kids. We all are having a great time!

We have only been here since Saturday, but already Now I notice the great relaxation. We have received the campsite recommended by a dear friend. It did not exaggerate.
Our two girls (14 and 20) also have your fun and enjoy the sun, Lake Garda and the totally friendly staff / inside. We feel comfortable here poodle.
The mobile homes are simply the hammer. Everything you need to live is there.
Even sitting on the terrace in the evening is beautiful. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you from us. The Piantelle team is unique!

We just spend great days at the campsite.
Everything clean, pool, toilets, the square and the beach by the water.
The staff is very friendly.
The market has the most necessary and with the bike 3 min and you are in the next supermarket.
We'll be back, so much so we liked it.
A small point as a suggestion… we use the Lake daily and also the swimming pool. Both great.
Rules for the swimming pool I find good and it also does not always have to be interpreted so strictly.
If the pool is not so crowded, no air mattresses or similar in the big pool will bother me…
What is very disturbing, especially in the afternoon time falls on all parents couples with children and toys meet on the staircase of the big pool. Children should of course also romp with their parents in the big pool… wanted and I also…
But without detours in part about the bath ladders It was hardly possible safe without stepping on toys or on hands etc. To get into the pool.
Parents should be made aware of the fact that other people would like to join the pool and take the stairs.
The pool for the kids was empty at the time we noticed it.
Please only understand as a suggestion for the lifeguard.

Safe campsite with good security, quiet time from 10pm, great little kids club, nice pool, perfect access to the beach, clean throughout, friendly staff. Perfect location for further exploring the lake with a car… easy reach to ferry ports, airport and motorway. Attracts a nice crowd of Danish, Dutch, German, English and Irish families. Perfect for families with kids below 11 years old and very welcoming.

We are now here for a few days and will remain so for 2 weeks. In my opinion, the Piantelle of the best Camping on lake Garda. For dog owners it can be even better. There are many free green areas in the Park where dogs are allowed to be executed (of course, everything should be with the designated bags kept clean. To the very beautiful beach which dogs are allowed in the evenings and. In the morning, with into the water, which was for our Terrier, the Largest. The small supermarket in the square is not too expensive and also already in the morning around 7:30. Outside of the square is a large shopping centre and a Lidl supermarket in 2.5 km. We were not quite sure the last time here.

We have stayed here many times for 4 to 5 weeks at a time and we love it as it off the beaten track, whereas the south of the lake is so busy. It's quite difficult to get here on public transport. We usually take a taxi from Desenzeano del Garda train station. Make sure the taxi has a meter and it costs approx €20. We made mistake once of getting a taxi without a meter and it cost €30. It is also possible to get a bus but you may have to wait quite a while. Anyway the campsite is close to the lake and to the local port. Loads of eating choices. If you want to be in the thick of it it's not the place for you.

This campsite is very nice, the front Desk people are always friendly. The sanitary facilities and the Bungalows are clean and very nice :). The beach is with stones, and a jetty is a dream. In addition, the Playground, the Pool and the Animation are super!

We were June/July 2014 for 2 weeks on the course. Very nice and neat place. Very friendly staff. The Restaurant is very good. Mini-market the Name says. Large supermarket is close by. Again in 2016, SUPER.

We were up to the last day of the season. Great place with beach access. Clean Sanitary Facilities. Delicious farewell buffet on the last night. We will come back!

We were 2 weeks on the square June/July 2014. Very nice and well-kept course. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is very good. The name implies convenience store. Large supermarket is but quite nearby.

We had a great time with our 2 and 4 years old. Kids will love the pool, PlaypArk and Mini Club. The staff were very good with the kids, especially when you consider that our youngest 2. The mobile home (very good) was a perfect size. Weather was good for evening barbecues and loved, sit on the deck saw the sun go down.

Friendly staff. Campsite is in top condition. Really recommended and looking forward to another visit.

This summer we were a holiday to relax about Pentecost again Piantelle with AdriaPur —. Close to the Lake, quiet but with all comforts in the MobilHomeRoyal. And unfortunately already again past.

It was a holiday as one might wish it. Accommodation, supervision on site, sanitation, pool, children's entertainment, restaurant, staff of the camping was all top.

We have spent great two weeks on the camping Piantelle! The hotel was as described and fully met our expectations! However one must reckon with ear wires — is probably unavoidable. The place is very nice and friendly! We would book again.

Who seeks peace and quiet and is wants to make his day itself, is exactly right on this campground.

Pitches for cars may be more manageable, clean and quiet, signs in the town are slightly confusing.

We come once or twice a year after Piantelle since 2005 and it is always nice. The holiday starts at the welcome by the friendly and always helpful staff and the departure falls again and again. The sanitary facilities to the Lake is somewhat older.

Goods in the SEP 2013 there and not the first time come back the next year. Camping staff. Food on the course is good, in the outskirts, it is very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and neat, sanitary facilities were ok and clean even if the lower Sanitärhaus is old. Still a nice greeting to all employees of the place and in the next year.

Car required if you want to explore the area. Buses are rare outside of the season and it's a mile (uphill in parts) to the Centre of Moniga. The streets of the port in Moniga are particularly hilly. Go4Camp-vans is located in a beautiful, quiet part of the site and their positioning is very good.

Very clean, great for families. Right on the lake so if facilities don't appeal then the lake has plenty to offer.

We were at the end May 3 in a 6 bed mobile home. The system and also the bungalows were much nicer than expected through the images of the homepage. Everything was modern and newly made. Also, the grounds are very well maintained and you felt on most straight away. The bungalows are very small and we would not recommend utilize him fully, but 3rd one was optimal. The staff is very helpful and friendly all the time. Little shop was surprisingly cheap, has almost always open and has needed about you on the fast. We found it great in the plant and want to definitely come again :).

Hassle-free reservation during early summer, it was even due to the short-termism the reservation deposit waived. The staff are very nice, friendly and always helpful. That the reserved parking space in the area of the XXL was very soggy vorhergehenden through heavy rain, we could easily go on a pitch of his own choice. The sanitary building are different ages, very clean but by multiple daily cleaning. Free Wi-Fi is available at times even on pitches at 3 points of the square. The restaurant is not too large, but highly recommended. Before the Campingpatz, there is a nice paved promenade on Lake. Shopping possibility of removal on the square in a small market and a large supermarket in about 500 m. Overall a very good campsite, where not the last time we were determined.

We had a pitch right extra only for tents with beautiful meadow ground with some olive trees. Positive pitch, something disturbing are the two camping str. To the Meadow, friendly staff, good restaurant. Negative: sanitary facilities were not at all or only the floor was cleaned. Is not, no urinal destroyed 3 Mixer taps from 5 showers with us. Take SOAP and toilet paper. Beach only gravel trails at the Lake right on the flight path, for very clean. Wi-Fi direct at the reception or the swimming pool for free. I no longer come because of inadequate hygiene.

The relaxed holiday with very friendly and fast E-Mail started communication, which I very much appreciate. The price for the mobile home "Romantica" was reasonable. Wont clean, no air conditioning (own Grill — was also necessary ;-), everything as desired. ) The beds are quite narrow, but we (4 adults) were accustomed to quickly. We had a very quiet place (only 1 neighbor's House, and that was unoccupied), and a very pleasant time on the small terrace. At least at our time small children on the square were little, perhaps, because the pool at other places is bigger and more attractive for young families. Conclusion: Piantelle was a very good choice, and we would go again at any time.

Small, quiet and especially child-friendly space (giant playground and great animation). Restaurant was excellent. At the pool, there were always sunbeds and umbrellas. We were in the upper, new part of the course and had a new mobile home Casa Royal by (*). Price amounted to €325 f. 1 W. Pentecost incl. Climate. Hi, we come here now quite a few years and I must say "All TOP". Very friendly staff and very beautiful plant. Look forward now to spend our summer holiday there in 2012.

We felt very well as absolute camping newbies on this place. We lived in a mobile home, what is recommended, especially the air conditioning was a temp. 38 degrees is extremely pleasant! The mobile homes are all in the new, upper part of the square, the beautiful swimming pool was on the way to the bottom, where the most pitches are. A slightly steep asphalt road leads directly to the Lake with a shingle Beach, where you can lie beach mat and towel surprisingly well but also with two layers. It is recommended the purchase of slippers, because the underground lake is very rocky and slippery. There are also 2 jetties with access ladder. The place in General was very clean, the bathrooms were not used by us, there own shower/WC in the mobile home. To highlight is still the place restaurant, where there are extremely tasty pizzas and pasta dishes, the service is great! Bottom line: great place class holiday.

We are now already more than 10 years, and there is always something new done. Super friendly staff, which you can also come with every problem, it will immediately respond, we (2 people + dog) are always in the off-season there and make us feel very welcome. We are in a mobile home, that is indeed something in the years, but maintained top. We look forward now to September and if all goes well even on BB´s spring 2012.

We had rented a rental tent on one of the major providers, these tents were in the shade under olive trees which was awesome! The place is rather small and very quiet, the animation for German children to go to because everything only in Dutch. However smaller space means we did even short distances and greatly appreciate. Unfortunately, the beach is packed with huge boulders and stones which we have felt as unpleasant. Plumbing was very clean in the first week, the second week, the place was almost full dan and thus suffered also the State of the washrooms. All in all it was ok. The pool is a little older it can also recognize there are missing tiles (small mosaic tiles) and the water is sometimes almost unangemehm hot. All in all, rather for tranquil guests and people with small children.
