In fact the owners are careful to fulfill the requests of customers and ask if everything is fine and not to be scrupulous about any criticisms and suggestions.
The building is a bit dated, but it has its charm.
It should be emphasized that it is in front of the entrance of the baths of Vallio.

Great place it isn't so big but it's beautiful. It is surrounded by hills so temperature isn't to big. I know it had a pool but I haven't been there. Food is great.

We booked in September through the package voucher for one night and we had communicated the intention to stay one more night and paying it to the part. Unfortunately I had a fault in the car, and we were unable to reach the hotel on the expected date, so I asked both the structure and services, if possible, cancel for that date and possibly keeping the tariff by moving more ahead with the booking. Nothing to do, smartbox has delegated the establishment to decide, and the hotel has cancelled the booking, keeping the money of the package without coming to meet us. The regulation does not do wrong, but as availability only have to be ashamed of. And if this is the willingness, do not dare to think about the service offered… probably in this way are the only revenue they get.
