Agriturismo Ca Guerriera in Q&A

Information is provided based on reviews and may contain inaccuracies.

Where is Agriturismo Ca Guerriera located, and what is nearby?

The property is a restored historic estate set in the countryside of Sustinente, in the province of Mantua. Its location is convenient for exploring Mantua and the surrounding area. Surrounded by vast meadows and centuries-old trees, the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. A cycling path along the Po River runs nearby. Although there is a road in the vicinity, guests note that traffic noise from cars and trucks is virtually unnoticeable at night.

Is there parking available on-site?

Yes, the property provides ample parking space for a large number of vehicles, making it very convenient for groups traveling by car.

How is the hotel staff, and how hospitable are they?

The staff and owners are described as exceptionally friendly, kind, and accommodating. The owners are a family who demonstrate great flexibility and a genuine willingness to meet guests' needs, while remaining completely unobtrusive. Guests frequently highlight the warmth of their welcome, including special mentions of the hospitality of the "marquise," who greeted a group with sweets and drinks.

What kind of breakfast is offered at the hotel?

The hotel serves a varied breakfast featuring local produce and homemade delicacies. Guests particularly praise the homemade cakes, yogurts, and coffee, rating the food quality as excellent.

Is there an on-site restaurant, and what dining options are available?

The on-site restaurant is currently not operating at full capacity or is open only for large groups, which has been noted by some guests. However, the rooms are equipped with compact, fully functional kitchenettes, and dinner can be enjoyed on the veranda. For a full dinner, guests are recommended to take a short drive to the excellent restaurants located in the surrounding area.

What are the rooms like in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and amenities?

The rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated in a rustic style with exposed wooden ceiling beams. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds and large bathrooms, though some mention that the bathroom fixtures can be slightly dated, while still retaining a unique charm.
