Staff always helpful and polite. Great rooms, good quality price for those who don't want to spend too much.

Economical and in good position, has cmq everything you need.

The hotel is an excellent value located near the metro less than 10 minute sliw walk with luggage. The front desk was very helpful. Hotel in high class neighborhood.

2-Star Hotel. Offers what you pay for. The rooms are equipped with a TV and private bathroom (exception made for some cases where the bathroom is external). Breakfast is included.

Awkward hygienic conditions, smells like smoke from the rooms. More a little money motel than a hotel.

Absolute lack of parking and along the way it is difficult to find it especially after a certain hour. The area is quiet, no squealing. The reception was not the best, staff a bit cold and on its, the rooms are small, but in the end for one night can be fine.

Nice room, clean bathroom, to improve the electrical system, many lights do not go and the sink was shooting water everywhere.

Good reception, comfortable bed and pillows, private bathroom, well connected to the city vehicles, bus stop less than 100m, Metro stop Red Sesto Rondo less than 500m, only lack of hair dryer, private bathroom clean, there is all the minimum Indispensable and for the price paid there is no better.

Economy and quality of service reflects the cost, nothing is missing. Enough.

For the really cheap price, which includes the private bathroom, all decent, you just have to thank. Obviously not a stylish hotel, but if you claim more, you have to pay more. For the price is beautiful, and offers the Wi-Fi, near the Metro stop, even a breakfast that never fails, always considering the price.

It's located in outer center of Milan. 150 meters from the Linea Rossa (Red Line) MM SESTO RONDO underground station. I think this hotel is just a hostel class, so couldn't expect more. However, staffs are quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast room is colorful and you can feel younger than you are from its decoration.

They don't deserve even one star, they really suck and I mean the behaviour of staff, obnoxious, rude and immoral. I'm really bad at all, I had chosen this hotel at first for the price but it's true, better spend 20 euros more but don't bother with these loafers grumpy.

I spent 2 nights with my family, I have to say I enjoyed it thoroughly. Clean rooms, bathroom in the room comfortable and clean. Location and breakfast was very good. Good value for money. To recommend and return.

Really disgusting. No heating. Vermooste and rotted tile on the balcony.
Electricity has not properly. It was infinite. The elevator would have may no longer be used in Germany. Paid rather more, but not check into this hotel.
It was terrible, and we are not really meticulous. There was only a towel, although we were 2… Room was not properly cleaned, the flushing of the toilet was leaking…
WORST CASE! Search for another HOTEL! It's awful! Disgusting…

Bad is an understatement. To enter the parking with the machine, close the mirrors and pray not to lug it equally against the wall however is tight. The reception really leaves something to be desired, the faces already seems only to have him face a spite entered at his hotel. The arrival in the room it was really disconcerting. The first thing you notice is a bidet with a urinal to say how indecent right next to the window (to note just two small towels because to have big ones to take a shower you have to pay 1 euro each). A bed with a bedspread that would wash it to change color, two single mattresses held together by a sheet that seems made of cardboard and I highly recommend it. Don't pay for more than a few minutes love Over they might start to peel away from underneath the staves of the network one by one … for the morning breakfast do it yourself with just two things so as not to remain justly with plenty of choice, people. The keys then for a happy Thanksgiving and has been abandoned without a minimum of education as saying that is the exit take a seat … the only nice thing? The only nice thing was to have at my side my one great love that has managed as always to turn this into a great Castle, with a beautiful room rich every comfort not making me so miss anything, and I love her, I love her so much, thank you my love I love you.

Sucks! Low price but quality indignitosa. Room dirty, stained sheets and pillowcases (already used) run down electrical wires exposed radiators not working water coming out from the sink clogged all without hot water bidet Brown furniture is dated and dirty towels. I don't know what else to say! I'm horrified.

I walked and ran … I found SOBI ache bidet and washbasin with rust over … imagine what must have been in the past …

I booked for one night, I walk into the room and there were the bidet and sink! In the room!
The bathroom was in 4 rooms. Filthy!
I paid and I went away!

Hotel with an excellent location, just 15 minutes from the Centre of Milan thanks to the red line on the doorstep. Have free parking.
The highlight of this hotel is the price! If you don't have big needs I would recommend.

I spent 5 nights with my partner at this property. Obviously the website looks cozy and livable, but it is only pernottandoci that you can truly understand the low level of staff and structure. We analyze the "services" offered by this dump:
1) parking entrance: to get there you must not have a car and you must close the mirrors if you don't want that creep along the entrance Corridor (us Infact we left the car on the street every night with some fear given the area not exactly full of life) ;
2) owner and wife: two individuals by the sympathy like a fly continues to wander onto your plate of pasta after sympathetically placed on dog excrement found along the sidewalk. He always behind reception with that air from great entrepreneur, scarcely greet when you arrive and I don't think I've ever smiled in his life. She a foreigner that goes around the hall with tight trousers and heels posing as a Hollywood diva. You can imagine;
3) bedroom: eye to handle because it tends to remain in the hand. In the room we have a bathroom the size of a shower stall with a hole in the door to avoid the collision of their dispute with the bidet upon opening. We booked a double and got two singles joined with clean white sheets but stained with unidentified substances. Microscopic TV that barely took the first 6 Classic channels (Rai 1 Italy 1 in).

Me and nine other people the next day I would have to take an exam, we book 5 double 1 single, triple and 1. After visiting the rooms, we agreed all (except one) on the fact that the level of hygiene was unacceptable. I go down to ask for explanations and see if possible a different arrangement, but the reception I found someone rude and unsympathetic (apparently even the owner of the structure, a certain William) who refused to climb to realize (if any were aware) we can stink and filth had to sleep the night before an important exam. I pointed out that he could not force us to stay in those conditions and that she would have to do something to remedy the fault. We would have expected a change of rooms or sending someone, which would contain the room to a hygienic level at least decent, but for this dude, customer satisfaction seemed to have just one fatality and not a goal. I describe a cute anecdote but at the same time because:

It costs very little, has a small internal parking, difficult to access but precious, is clean and convenient to the metro, real ACE in the hole for those who want to move for Milan.
The positive notes end here, but they tend to balance out the bad ones: all old and rather anonymous, Windows with a single old glass, which do not defend by traffic noise or the climate. Moreover, the rooms are not air conditioned.
As for the noise, in addition to the outer ring, guests roam the property until late at night, without excessive care or respect for others and without the staff intervenes. Poor soundproofing, doors and stairs.
The breakfast is incommentabile, but very much in line with the price and with the General level of the hotel.
Recommended for work and budgets.
