Beautiful rooms with great bathrooms. The hotel is a bit hidden from the main street. But also very quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Decent. Convenient close TO METRO. No pool, No gym, No view, No sleepers,,!. Fairly big room And breakfast OK.

Nice hotel, very friendly and skilled staff at reception desk. They know how to provide a great job, where the staff at hotel bar shows you how to kill a good performance. Staff at hotel bar are sometimes 4 people talking to each other when guests require a drink or service. If you want to pay they tell you:"Don't hurry" but there is no work in progress at that time for this guy. This staff reduces the performance of whole hotel, sorry.

Beautiful Hotel. Spacious and very fine and complete rooms. We were given an immense room and we had paid a standard. It is a cozy and modern place. It has small but roofed garage. We stayed two nights here. I would recommend this place. Quality price are in line with what they offer.

The breakfast is amazing. It is at 20minutes from Il Duomo by Subway. Confortable and clean.

This is a very clean and big hotel. The room was very clean and modern. It was very little people when we stayed there. The breakfast buffet is like every other buffe. Bacon, eggs, toast, fruit, corn flakes and so on. It was included in our stay. We did not dine in the hotel. Just because we thought it was a little too pricey. The subway is about 200m from the entrance and that's perfect. We bought a 24h ticket that cost 9 euro. And from the station closest to the hotel it takes about 10-15 min to get to the heart of the city. Depending on how much people and what time it is. We rally enjoyed staying here during Christmas the staff was really kind and helpful to let us print tickets to the plane and toures. The bar makes very good drinks and the bartender that was there was also very kind to us.

It has ample free covered parking. Very clean and functional room (also has pay TV to follow sporting events). I did not partake of the restaurant service. Recommended.

Good hotel, a little bit removed from the center but with the subway just around the corner, about 12 stops from the Duomo, about 15 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A 10 and 100% recommended.

We loved our stay in this hotel the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and varied, the staff are very nice and friendly and it’s so convenient for the metro and only €4.50 for a 24hour ticket to see the city, great location and great hotel I recommend it.

The equipment is super just the breakfast was a joke for the price.

Had a lovely time in milan this hotel is in a great spot a minutes walk from the metro station. Bed very comfortable I would stay again if in milan.

Yesterday day 10-11-2017 forgot to make room 206. When we arrived and saw it we went to reception to communicate it and they put on poker face.
This morning we asked for claim sheets but they don't exist.
The receptionist told us that she will notify the manager (who is not at the hotel today).
When you check-out we have been rewarded with €50 of the final price discount.

Not sure how reviews are so high. Location pretty good but few places to eat at locally. Usually stay at Radisson Blue last 6 years but thought we'd have a change. On arrival reception was struggling to smile… Decor is modern, contemporary and rooms are clean however this is the noisiest hotel we've ever stayed at. It's shocking, 3 nights woke up multiple times so feel like zombies just as we check out. Rooms have no carpets. A fridge is by the bed in wardrobe unit (wide shallow room) that makes the loudest shudder and racket every 30 mins or so. (Really awful noise in the middle of the night). The smoke alarm above our head has a bright strobe light that flashes all night. Every foot step, bang, cough is heard. Doors close with a bang and a shudder. Every time a door closed next to us our door would rattle thinking someone was trying to get in! At 6.25am this morning had a family with kids chatting at high street volume, kids running up and down the corridor shouting. Each time water was run next door, it sounded like our bathroom was flooding, It' was crazy. Breakfast was mediocre, bacon was raw like ham, sloppy eggs and the cereal was not fresh. Juices are watered down also. The toilet short flush button kept breaking, the fixed tap on sink is not tight to unit after being forcibly moved and sometimes the bathroom light wouldn't come on, also left minimal toiletries for two people so all in all really disappointed.

We had a working aperitif, the location is very nice and reserved, all the details are well cared for. Great food and great cocktail.

Breakfast at 9am on Sunday morning was missing half the things, bo more bread, orange juice, what was left was horrendous. The rooms were not clean, tons of dust under the bed & the bed linens were not changed for the second night! The reception was unfriendly. The ravioli with spinach & ricotta for dinner was like from a can, unedible. 24€ and a shame for Italy! Strong points: great parking, comfortable beds, quiet rooms & nice bathrooms.

Room was great, American style breakfast was great BUT the check in/out was painfully slow and the restaurant in the hotel I would rate as a 1/5.

Modern and functional Hotel. Its situation is not central, what makes that will put 3 stars. While it is true that the metro is near. But at least it takes 15 or 20 mins The rooms very functional and even luxurious, but small. The bathroom luxurious, but the amenities very limited, no hand soap and a little pot of a tiny gel for two people. Meal time is very strict. THE Dinner a real ordeal, there was almost no one else, and an endless waiting. Also the prices very expensive for its quality.

The location is easily accessible by car. Metro 2 steps. Rooms in the media. No slippers, a few essential products for the bathroom. Breakfast average to poor (according to my taste typically Italian) there are foods for lactose intolerant and gluten-free (at least we were not exposed), the reception Staff polite. The price-quality relationship discreet.

Overall the hotel is good. Convenient that there's constantly space for Parking. Friendly staff. Which quickly solves the problem. They are but within the normal hotels.

Beautiful hotel, room way always very clean! Food is gorgeous! The staff were some of the friendliest staff I have met in a hotel and all spoke a lot of languages! Everything in the room was always replaced and the room service was spot on. 2 minute walk if that to the Red line metro which will take you to town for €1.50!

Nice room. Clean and comfortable place to sleep. Has a good parking and it's 3min walking from station. It's a bit far from city center, about 20 by metro. The city tax is expensive as is a 4 star hotel is 5 euro per person per night, and it was not included in the price showed on the website, for this only 4 star.

The shower hose was partially broken and lots of water was spilling away. The breakfast is mediocre, there was no omelette for over 40 minutes. The remaining of the selections is poor for a 4 star hotel.

New organized and international hotel. The price of the room was excellent. Friendly staff. Buffet of the training course satisfactory and changed twice a day. Making available a coffee machine with waffles.

Stayed for two nights, the room was in accordance with the photos. Clean and equipped with standard equipment, the service is there without more. Convenient because 2 steps from the subway mouth bringing about 17 minutes from Milan's main square without change (Duomo). Finally very quiet surroundings, and relatively small size room (22)

The hotel is within walking distance of the red metro line. Great room, very clean and modern design. Good and tasty breakfast. Coffee to Go is available, which is nice. Has a small gym with a nice view over the rooftops of Milan.

I loved the fresh look of the hotel. Checked in the room at 11.30 PM… folks in the reception were very friendly. Was in the 5th floor and Room though was a bit small, was very good! Great breakfast the next day… Shame I was in the hotel only for 8.5 hrs. Great hotel and I am coming back again!

The hotel is very new and the rooms very comfortable. The front desk staff, with the exception of Francesca, very kind.

Location is slightly far away from the center, but you can get there quickly by metro (the station is just around the corner). Rooms were of a good size, clean, no fuss. For the price, it's a great proposition.

Despite its location far from center, this Hotel is an excellent choice being situated near a subway station – Villa San Giovanni. In this way all the points of interest from Milan are readily reachable. The prices are in the mid-range but the services are at high level. The breakfast is various and plentiful. The rooms are in the Hilton-style – comfortable and very clean. We met courteous stuff there.

Perfect. I was 1 night. Breakfast and parking included. To get to the center the metro is right next to the hotel and takes 10 minutes to reach the centre by metro. August 2016. Highly recommended we pay 75€ rates desk including.

Very good service, very good communication with the metro, very spacious rooms of hotel new. I put only three stars for being a bit removed if you want to be in the center (not near the all, 30 min away from Duomo by metro) but it still worth the effort if you spare time.

Business hotel on the outskirt of Milan. Difficult neighbourhood, good rooms, business oriented personnel and service. No breakfast on arrangements. Expensive Milan tax extra.

Good hotel with modern rooms. Breakfast fine. The staff is friendly. The place is off center, however, is very close to the Metro station and 5 minutes from tram line 7. The price per night is very good. Who does not bother to get 20 min by metro is fine.

The rooms are modern and decently sized. The area is quiet, maybe a bit too much though.

I only visited the Conference room. I have to say interesting facility with ample space. I didn't appreciate having to remind the boys to have coffee at 1 euro I was part of the course.

I stayed two nights at the Hilton serena and blessed, on a great mattress and pillow 4 equally great; clean room, clean and tidy. Only note: a half-liter bottle of water in the room would have been nice since you do not know your drinking water.

Have stayed at the hotel two of my Canadian relatives came to Italy for my wedding. Their needs of the disabled were met in full by the property. Shame about the restaurant, overpriced and mediocre, with portions from hunger.

Modern, clean and even if far from downtown is close to the subway station so no more than 15 min to reach the Duomo. Compared to the average Milan's 4 star hotel this one is on a higher tier.

Beautiful comodities & modern place but for a 4****, the restaurant is not good at all. Even the staff doesnt speack english.

Most unfriendly staff and the hotel is way out from the city centre. Even being a gold Hilton hhonour member the stay and service provided was poor. Worst Hilton I have ever stayed and highly do not recommend.
