Fasthotel Linate

Your star rating only allowed me to select 4 but it deserves 5/5. The best accessibility of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. In addition it is very comfortable and the breakfast selection was superb. It cost about the same as a Travelodge but was far superior in every aspect. Even boasts its own outdoor swimming pool within a lovely poolside area. An excellent Airport Hotel.

Possibility to use parking between stays (fly away) and shuttle service to the airport (not very punctual, though…).

We arrived on Sunday evening and got a shuttle bus to the hotel for 3 Euros. It was a short walkable distance from the airport but we decided on the bus as it was dark. At the hotel we were warmly welcomed by the young female receptionist and given rooms next to each other on the third floor. The room was small but perfectly adequate. The bathroom and toilet were in separate frosted glass cubicles. There wasn’t an iron or kettle in the room but I was able to get complimentary hot water from the restaurant in the morning. A digital safe was provided. I did find the AC to be too cold for me but they were able to switch it off from reception which suited me. I didn’t have the breakfast but my friend did and was happy with it. I believe it was around 8 euros which is remarkably cheap. I had a quick look at what was being offered and it looked quite extensive to me. The hotel is about 10 minute walk away from Linate airport and metro station. I personally found the location ideal as it’s such a short journey into the central area by metro where you can visit the usual tourist spots. I found this hotel to be very convenient and met my needs. I would happily stay here again.

I stayed here for a night before an early flight the next day. The shuttle services to and from the hotel at €3 per person per trip were a great deal, in my opinion. The chauffeurs were very friendly and helped with my heavy luggage. Checking in and out was a breeze too.
The room was basic and clean, suitable for an overnight stay near the airport. I found the toilet space to be a bit too small, and in the shower enclosure, there was also no space or racks to put your own toiletries or hang your towels. Other than that though, I found this to be a decent stay.

Modern, clean room. Bed was comfy. 5-10minutes walk from Airport Terminal. Shuttle service available for €3. Generally exceeded expectations for a 3* Airport Hotel.

I repeat my description of the hotel is very, very bad. And the one who responded was also bad. Do you want me to write a lie about what I saw? You want to deceive and lie to some guests and ask them to write what you want. People who speak honestly do not agree with that. Your words that you did by responding to me are a liar. I paid 583 euros for two nights. I did not book a single person, I booked two rooms. You are deceiving people with your style. If the hotel is cheap and 3 stars, you put bad tea makers, bad bathroom materials, and unclean sheets. Your response is immoral and indicates a person who lacks the lowest levels of dialogue with others and does not admit to being wrong. I doubt that you are the same bad person at the reception. Faeces on the bathroom wall. Highly highly unhygienic and makes you question the cleanliness of the entire hotel if they missed this. No apology or acknowledgement upon writing to the hotel. The hotel even falsely accused us, despite us not even asking for refund and highlighting the issue so they can ensure they do proper hygiene and cleaning in future.

The only missing star is about the room design where bathroom and toiler opens directly to the room, however the ventilation is very good so there’s no smell in the room. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. You can park directly in front of the hotel for free or use the close and guarded parking for a fee of 8 eur/day. I think that’s a great thing then you don’t need to think about parking in Milano center. It’s very close to airport by walk, even feels safe at night. Or you can take a shuttle for 3 eur per person. From airport Milano Duomo is 12 mins by subway. Hotel reception is also selling tickets. Breakfast was good enough you can find whatever you need. The staff was nice and helpful. Next time if I come again Milano, I’ll stay there.

This hotel has good beds and that's it!. Most of the staff are friendly and nice apart from a few. MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL/ FOOD FROM OUTSIDE THOUGH!
You can not get a drink after 10pm as they say the bar is closed even though they have it in their reception with a card machine. (See photo).
It's the only hotel in the world I have ever been in with a 24/7 reception and a bar in reception where they actually sell minatures, and they rudely tell you that if you want a drink you should get water out of the vending machine. Even though I was upset and just wanted one small bottle of gin to pour myself a drink.
The vending machines stole my money last night and the iced tea got stuck, there was nothing which could be done at that time so lost money there.
You are miles and miles away from anything, and to get a taxi into central Milan the cost is 30 Euros.
