Great structure, good reception for meetings, well assisted. For several years now I have been attending her, as a company manager, and I have always found a great availability of both reception and catering staff. The rooms are comfortable and always well cleaned, the beds are very comfortable. If I should find a flaw, but it is due to the fact that the frequency is high, the variety of food is repetitive but still exceptional especially for those who love to abound. The sweets, for the greedy, simply superb.
To close and paraphrase an old advertisement: where there is Crowne Plaza there is home.

I was there only for the annual convention of the Company, so I did not stay, in any case the property is easily accessible, tangential exit San Donato — Metanopolis at 2 minutes. Wide parking. The property is very large, it has a beautiful outdoor garden. Extensive and clean services, friendly and large staff. Huge room for corporate initiatives with ample room also for lunches and dinners, buffet or not. I can't comment on the overnight stay, let alone the prices that will definitely be in line for facilities of this type and level.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that is is located very close to ENI's offices. Nice staff. Terrible piano music in the bar…

Hotel located in a strategic position for those who work on San Donato. The rooms are comfortable, although tangential side result very noisy. The shuttle made available for the hotel customers to reach Metro and airport often, even almost always does not respect the schedules as scheduled.
The breakfast is great.
The overall judgement is more than good.

Very well organized very large Hotel with several conference rooms dedicated to the fitness post on the top floor. Clean and comfortable rooms although you can't open the Windows. I have to make a note. Even if we are in Milan can not justify 5.10 Euros for a coffee at the hotel bar of which 1.10 Euros for a glass of water. Sometimes you just need a drop of water to make a business lose points.

Hotel in need of refurbishment, rooms a little small. Checking in not informed of shuttle service provided and breakfast times. Resturant, even though empty tables, we were made to wait 30 mins! Ate there the one night and the food was cold! Sent it back to receive the same plate of food. Service very slow! As a result of eating the food had upset tummy, we complained to food & beverages manager who insisted not in his resturant must have been what we'd eaten prior. Overall Disappointed with the level of service.

Within a few days of staying here, things began breaking in the room. The furnishings are of cheap quality and fall apart easily. The toilet seat completely came off the hinges due to being cheap. The trash can lid was flimsy and broke off. The rooms are very small, and you can't put much in the minibar. They turn the air conditioning off at night even when it is warm outside exposing you to stuffy air. Staff can be snotty at times making rude faces at the customers when you go to the counter to talk to them. It is very insulting to guests who pay very high rates to stay here. When you lodge a complaint, the reaction from staff lets you know they are tuning you out and not listening out of defensiveness and inability to take constructive criticism. They turn away from you and doesn't listen. It is not a very mature way to handle customer complaints. Overall, I would not stay here again due to the amount of money they charge customers. It is not worth the money you pay here.

I enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness. The buffet eating with little choice and also cold. It's good for business meetings but for families I don't recommend it. Although there is a shuttle that connects it to Metro MM3 and very far from the center.

I really liked the artdeco building and the professional staff; was a great stay. Not to far from the old town and many attractions. Also when we woke on Sunday there was a huge market held in the field in front of the Hotel; very nice. Great Hotel.

Modern, cared for and comfortable structure. Perfettissima for events and convenscion (I know I know… But I like to distort the Englishmen who now rub every speech in Italian. Good breakfast Also recommend to your managers for the next company event.

For the truth I have never slept but I saw the various types of rooms all well furnished spacious and above all bright. Very good girls who run the Convention center. Quality and punctual services. Excellent catering service and competitive prices.

It improved by providing free Wi-Fi and shuttle service to metro and Linate Airport almost every hour. Buffet restaurant is not bad and at a competitive price. Anyway, rooms are quite small and hotel needs some renovation. For the price they sell it, it could be better.

I don't understand how this hotel got official 4 star rating, as it is not there. Rooms are on the small side, bathroom as well, for the hotel out of the city it's not explainable. Some tiles in bathroom were chipped, clearly when the holes where made to put on the shower head the tile surface was ruined, but nobody cared to replace the tiles. There were some screws sticking out of the wall too, probably shelf broke and was never replaced. Towels were worn out and one day I even got torn towel — absolutely not acceptable even for the 3 star hotel. Restaurant on premises is okeish. Gym very basic — no weights at all. There is sauna but it needs to be switched on upfront as it is not on all the time. I stayed there only because all company-policy hotels in town were full due to fashion week, would never choose it again because besides the fact it is completely out of nowhere it is also mediocre place.

The rooms are very comfortable Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. However there is not much to see or do in the surroundings. Useful if you stop passing.

For a hotel of this price, they really haven't got the small things right. Windows that are broken and won't open, cheap toilet paper, cheap and rubbish hairdryer, broken trouser press. Asked for an iron and got the cheapest one known to man. Well overpriced and disappointing room service menu and outdated and rubbish air-conditioning. However really happy and helpful staff, nice beds and nice bar, breakfast and restaurant. I wouldn't stay here again at that price.

Dog friendly hotel. Dining experience is excellent at the restaurant area. One can also enjoy the main dining room for open buffet.

I attended a business meeting, I found a very professional environment with staff prepared. The rooms for Runioni are well equipped and of various sizes, therefore suitable for any kind of meeting. The rooms are elegantly furnished and kept in excellent condition.

The rooms are decently decorated and clean. The air conditioning is poor and the room is cold. Placed deliberately in an isolated area and without commercial activities. We do not understand why despite all complained about the conditioning, do not want to take action, giving only some beautiful responses, very diplomatic to customers who complain. After the poem they should follow the facts.

I have been here 4 or 5 times because this hotel is often chosen to host workshops and conferences. About that the hotel has always offered efficient and high quality services. Moreover the location is easily reachable by car as well as train and airplane.

It's an average place to stay. The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and the food is good but it misses something if you want something special. I always enjoy my stays there but it's more convenient to where I work rather than a place I want to enjoy the night. That said they have live music but the bar tends to be empty and so no atmosphere. If it's work related. For your visit then it's a good place if it's action you seek then better not.

Classic Hotel for Congresses or for passing travellers. Nothing special, the room is quite small and too hot without the possibility of completely rising the heating. Not bad the restaurant, the buffet menu was plentiful and of quality. Standard breakfast as in all hotels in this category. Good pancakes with maple syrup. Equipped with many facilities the gym that also has the sauna. Absurd to provide the limited Wi-Fi with the price they have the rooms.

Very nice service, clean rooms, good breakfast buffet. Location is ok for the persons who want to go quickly to the airport, but quite far away from city center.

Meh, it's alright. The breakfast Buffet is horrid. 24 euros… I didn't eat anything. Canned fruit, hard croissants, eggs… Which were not eggs… The time ate old but clean. They beve a shuttle to the subway, takes 20 minutes to get to Duomo/shopping.

Pretty old, very close to TCMHQ, so okay to stay for one or two nights. AC was rather working so-so!

Nothing really wrong with it, but few facilities. Good if you have business in the area. Front desk staff are always helpful.

Enjoyed it! Stayed with my partner who is cabin crew, she is thete quite frequently. Bed is comfy, staff are friendly. Two things that I would feedback for improvement, internet speed and a larger shower mat. All in all, good hotel for location to the airport, would not recommend if you are visiting the centre of milan as its about 45 — 60 minutes away.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The classic rooms for the Crowne and quite comfortable. However as has been pointed out by others there are some signs of dilapidated that may disturb.

Always a pleasure to return to the hotel, where the staff are in no doubt very helpful and welcoming in all departments. Bedrooms are comfortable, however the decor is a little dated and dark to Italian decor standards and other Crowne Plaza hotels I have stayed in. The internet service is so slow, that you're unable to watch downloaded movies on my iPad. Shuttle service always good.

Only a short shuttle ride from the airport, the Crown Plaza is a great hotel. The rooms and comfortable and clean and quiet. I have stayed here quite often and it hosts lots of conferences but once you are in your room you wouldn't know it. The food is very good although there are a few nice restaurants within walking distance as well as a medium sized supermarket just a few minutes away.

Staff were very helpful and nice. Food in restaurant good. Hotel bar entertainment fun. But the hotel is very dated and my room on the 5th floor had mosquitos in it despite the window being shut, I was bitten twice in my sleep. Bed was old and pillows uncomfortable. The hotel is also in an area where there's very little to do apart from McDonalds… Not bad but not good, needs investment.

Average hotel, useful for the airport and reasonable convenient for town (15 mins on the metro). Otherwise average rooms with limited facilities and an overpriced bar.

TatuaMi convention in Milan — wonderful event in an amazing location!

I went to Crowne Plaza for a marriage. The food was delicious and the location was very beautiful.

Modern cleaning. Excellent à la carte restaurant where I ate really well with fish more than once. There are also conferences, and are well organized.

Modern and pultito. Staff professional and polite professed. Good fitness centre with sauna. An eye for the runner.

So here's the story. Went to Milan on business and my travel agent really struggled to find me a hotel since it was the last week of the Expo and the MTV awards were taking place that week in Milan, so naturally all the hotels were full. At the last min he found the Crown Plaza. Lets start with the location. It's pretty far from the center of the city. The nearest metro station is a 10min walk followed by a 25 min metro ride to get to the Duomo area in Milan. It's an hour away from the international airport and Expo. The upside is you won't be bothered by outside noises like traffic and such because there is none. So if your in Milan for sightseeing, probably not the best place to stay as you'll waste alot of time commuting. Check-in was fast and the staff were ok. The rooms are the usual European sizes (kinda small). I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the hotel, however there was a dirty wet towel under the sink in the bathroom (which wasn't pleasent of course) but sure it was overlooked by the cleaning staff since everything else was spotless. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. What about the internet? Well for starters internet is not free. It's 10€ for 24hours. Add to that, when you buy it, you can only use it on one device. Meaning if you have your phone and a laptop or iPad you have to pay for each device separately. And for a hotel that's marketed as a business hotel, that's disappointing. I kept losing connection and it was really slow!

This hotel employs idiots and liars and makes you pay through the nose for the experience. The room's air conditioner cannot seem to be turned off, even after a call to reception. You just have to set it to whatever temperature you think is best — in an analog dial with no numbers for temperatures. The bathroom is entirely too small because half of it is taken up by a huge porcelain bidet (or a sink for children, it's not entirely clear how to use it). The water pressure in the showerhead is mediocre to poor. The doors to the bathrooms (in all the hotel rooms) don't actually lock. They don't even close very well, there's a small gap remaining between the doorframe and door. The food has no variety and tastes terrible. There are no vegetables or fruit available, only cheeses and meats (well, there are some semi-rotten apples available, and canned peaches and pineapple). The main course is (always) scrambled eggs so raw they might hatch if you sit on them, and pork sausages that just taste inexplicably bad. There are 5 or 6 elevators, I'm not sure exactly because half of them are always out of order and they're very, VERY slow. There's also a silly 5-person limit which caused congestion in the lobby as more people arrived waiting for the elevators than the amount of people who actually got into them. There's no free Wi-Fi, which is already bad, but what makes it terrible is that even if you pay for it (and it's not cheap) — the connection is jittery and slow.

If a hole opened up and swallowed this place the world would be better off. — Unhelpful staff — 30euro taxi to the city -Metro not close -No nearby restaurants — nightly gathering of old hookers in lounge -Slow, expensive Wi-Fi (not included unless you give them personal info. Even the stuff you pay for requires permission to solicit your email) -expensive breakfast not included -expensive room Don't go there unless you are truly desperate.

Bad experience. The staff is rude, the internet is pathetically slow. They have a weird policy that internet will not work on your smartphone when you are using laptop. Anyway, its so slow, you are better off without using it. I tried reaching the reception twice for something urgent and the phone was never answered. Never have I come across such an unresponsive staff. Don't go here. Crowne plaza in the city centre is much better hotel in all aspects.

Kurzübernachtung the 09.09.15 after missing a flight from milan to stuttgart, the staff at the check in very friendly and attentive, partly also german-speaking, and tried this language for the guest to keep and not into english alternately, the room clean!, breakfast super and catering staff nice! internet basic, unfortunately, too slow.

Being an ihg spyre member and also Marriott Platinum member I was able to stay in many high class hotels. Before we arrived in this crowne plaza Hostel (to Name it a hotel would be far from truth) we had a very beautiful trip througout italy and stayed in some holiday inn hotels which offered excellent service and tried to make us feel very comfortable. We also Spent some Nights in The Renaissance tuscany il Chiocco Ressort which was absolutly welcoming and inviting. But in this crown Plaza we did mit feel welcome. No welcome Drink dir spyre Status no room Upgrade, The Desk Personal ignored us in The First place. The entering Hall was very crowded and loud. Bar was allready closed at 22 o clock. Floor in Front of The Rom was noisy and The Wifi Internet very Slow.

Considering this is a four star hotel, I was not happy. Point out that the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room I would call it ordinary, bathroom a bit less, showering (also bad) inside the tub, not great. In 2015 having to still pay for using Wi-Fi I find it anacrinistico.
But we come to the worst, the kitchen and breakfast. Dinner from the cafeteria (with all due respect to the canteens), definitely not four star breakfast.

Pillows uncomfortable, not so friendly staff, Internet terrible, shower head water flow not strong enough. Room heater does not get warm enough. Restaurant menu is very low in items.
