Wellness in Malpensa

We had a short afternoon in Milan before an early flight the following morning. Without enough time to enjoy the city, we decided to try Cocoon Spa near our airport hotel. Denise was my massage therapist, and she was phenomenal. It was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time and perfect before a very long day of travel.

This place is great. They squeezed me in last minute for a massage. I made the appt through what’s app. It was so easy. Everyone was so nice. Olga was my masseuse and she was fantastic. Make time to go see her at the spa.

My husband and I are wrapping up a long, fabulous trip through Italy, spending our final nights at the wonderful Sheraton Malpensa (which deserves its own five-star review! ). On a whim, we stopped by the Cocoon Wellness Spa to see if they had any availability for same-day massages—and luckily, they did!
I was treated by Anto, who was incredibly professional, respectful, and completely in tune with what I needed. The massage was absolutely wonderful—deeply soothing, calming, and exactly what I needed at the end of a long journey. Anto maintained just the right balance of quiet and care, allowing me to fully relax and reset.
The quality of the oils and products used was top-notch—everything felt luxurious, comforting, and deeply restorative. It was the perfect finish to our travels and a much-needed preparation for our flight home.
A great bonus: you don’t need to be a hotel guest to book at the spa. Next time, I’ll seriously consider scheduling a massage on the way into Italy to recover from the flight. Highly recommend!
