Reviews of Villa Colle
The room itself was OK with no major complaints there. However, I had a disappointing experience with the owner. Several amenities were promised but didn’t materialize, and when I reached out about it, communication was slow and unclear. I agree with the previous review — If clear communication and reliable service are important to you, this might not be the best fit.
The room itself was decent, but the experience with the owner was disappointing. Communication was poor, and several promises were made but not kept. If you value clear communication and things matching the description, this may not be the right place for you.

Room is fine, no real issues with that. The problem is the owner — promises things that just don't happen, and when you bring it up there's no real accountability. Communication was poor and unreliable.
Seems like your experience really depends on whether he takes a liking to you or not, which isn't really how hospitality should work.
Overall, I agree with previously stated reviews — be careful.
